Visual appearance: Beautiful cover, print is perfectly clear and well organized. Book is written from right to left. It has 2 page marker ribbons, both are generous in length. Physical quality: Excellent! Binding is very well done, pages are clean and perfectly cut, and cover is high quality. Overall has a very solid feel to it. Content: Prayers are beautifully and carefully written. Hebrew is on the right, English on the left. The prayers and order are perfectly explained and well guided. There are illustrations for putting on Tefillin, Tallit, waving the Lulav, and more in the back along with written instructions. Transliterations for certain portions are also written. Includes portions for the Moedim. The only thing that I do have to get used to is the way it's transliterated. It's slightly different than what I'm familiar with. Overall: High quality, well written, and complete Siddur. Well worth the price.

What I expected

This is a beautiful siddur, the layout is great. Large type makes it easy to read, the order makes it easy to use. It contains weekday, Shabbat, as well as special readings. The language is beautiful, and transliterations are available for those who are still working on their Hebrew. Instructional drawings are included, as well as halakhic guidelines. I was using an Artscroll weekday siddur, and needed a Shabbat siddur I decided on this one because it had both. I am so glad I chose this one, I really like it better than my Artscroll siddur. I recommend it!

Comprehensive in scope, this Siddur is the gold standard of Jewish prayer books for use in Chabad and other orthodox synagogue services. Has the complete liturgy for morning, afternoon, and evening services as well as Friday night and Saturday Shabbat services. Both the Hebrew and English are easy to read. Prayers are annotated with Biblical cross-references. Contains other prayers appropriate for Jewish daily life cycle, including kiddush, blessings on the Torah, kaddish, meals, for the ill, etc. Provides clear illustrations of wrapping tefillin, waving the lulav and etrog, donning a tallit, etc. Handy transliterations are located in the back. I use this Siddur every weekend for Shabbat and wouldn't be without it. Though it may appear too dense for those not involved in more observant practice, it is a wonderful resource and will be a valuable addition to any serious Jewish library.

Compact, amazing, wonderfull, best siddur

This siddur is an art piece! It uses a very modern and easy-to-read translation and the pages in Hebrew are well vocalized (with nikkud) and comfortable to read.
