If your wall doesn’t already have a picture rail molding, you’ll just need a drill or a screwdriver, a tape measure, and a few screws (included in the kits!) to install the track.

For systems that require installing a track or molding, some drilling is needed, which means a few small holes. Use wall anchors to reduce damage, and a quick spackle touch-up afterward will cover them.

Slips on nylon cord

The hook is rated for 44lbs; the nylon cord rated for 60 lbs. One hour later, my picture weighing less than 15 lbs has crashed to the floor = $100+ repair required. The hook slid right off the end. I had used a screwdriver to tightened as well. Would NOT recommend for nylon cord.
