Super easy to understand instructions, no apps are required, it has all of the things in the box you would possibly need from 3m tacky strips to adhere the switches to wherever you want or you can screw it into the wall alternatively, the battery life on the switches is advertised at 8 to 10 years of battery life. The relay modules are very compact and the kit even included Wago style why are nuts to make whatever you're trying to happen work flawlessly. Seems to have great range and immediate response. You can program as many of those modules to a single switch and vice versa. Wiring was a breeze. The remote control is intuitive and the whole entire assembly was quality. For that price I would definitely get it again Heck I would pay more if I had to.

My use case is: I am in a rental home and I have 3 separate lights on the porch connected to one switch. One of the lights needs to remain on 24/7. The other two (recessed lights) I would like to turn on or off as needed. This device fits the bill to make it possible. Simply watch the video and install as instructed. Make sure to pair the transmitter and receiver. Button it up and you are done. It took me only a few minutes to install and I didn't even break a sweat here in Texas in July. That is how easy it was. What a useful and reasonably priced device this is. The only tool you'll need is a pair of wire strippers and maybe a screwdriver to access the wiring. I hope this will last at least three years. If this wears out, it is affordable enough to replace.

This was one of my favorite purchases of the year! My son-in-law wanted to remove a wall and the switches had to be relocated. Downstairs, there was a big A/C and heating vent that made the wiring inaccessible for moving to the remaining wall. So this was amazing. I told him that this would likely not work, but it worked perfectly on the first try. Keep your eye on the wiring diagram for installation! Caution: You will need a deep "old work" receptable box to store the incoming wires and (furnished) wire connectors. I used a blank outlet cover when it was done and fed a third wire to feed an existing receptacle. You have to jam a lot into the box so keep it organized as much as you can (and it's difficult). Those wire connectors that replace wire nuts save a lot of space, but even then, it's a tight fit. Maybe get two single-ganged receptacles and don't try to feed an existing receptacle.

Great product so far. We wanted to install some IKEA Pax closets and wanted to use the full length of the wall which meant covering the light switch for the closet light, and on an adjacent wall, the light switch for the attic. Since it’s best to have constant power to the Thinkbee I replaced both switches with outlets and ran an ultra slim flat outlet extender above the Pax system (to plug in the PAX lights). I installed one Thinkbee receiver in the closet light housing and the other in the attics light housing. Everything is working as advertised! I do wish there was an indicator for when a light is on (in case the attic gets turned on) but that also seems like a very niche use. I’ll just figure out something else to use as an indicator so we don’t accidentally leave it on.

Granted the battery should last a long time but the act of opening the case to get at it is stressful on the thin plastic parts that hold it together. It may not survive being opened more than twice. The switch works very well in my application which has the sensors inside the canopy of a combination ceiling fan / light. Switching is instantaneous and consistent. 5 stars if the battery replacement was easier.

Working well so far. I installed this about a month ago, to add remote control for lighting and ceiling fans in the same room. The two original switches, mounted in the same two-gang wall box, are not in a convenient location. I was able to fit the two receivers from this kit inside the box and behind the switches, with the new wireless switch unit mounted in a more accessible location. I did the installation this way because there are two separate light fixtures and two separate ceiling fans powered by this pair of wall switches. I would need two receivers for the two light fixtures and two more receivers for the two ceiling fans in order to make the connections according to the included instructions. Because of the crowded electrical box, I did not use the two "lever-nut" wiring connecters that are included with this kit. Instead, I connected the two Neutral wires on the receivers with the other 3 Neutral wires inside the wall box. Then, for each circuit, I connected the receiver's IN line wire to the light switch and the OUT line wire to the appropriate wire going to the light or fan. I wasn't sure that this would work, with all of the white Neutral wires connected together, but that's a pretty common method for wiring multiple outlets and switches. So far, everything is working great. My only complaints would be regarding the battery replacement for the wireless transmitter unit. The instructions are not clear at all about the procedure for opening the unit to replace the battery. I eventually figured out how to pry off the front of the unit, but I couldn't be sure that I wasn't going to break something in the process. The battery in the transmitter unit will eventually need to be replaced, and the instructions for doing that should be a lot better. I'm deducting one star due the frustration caused by inadequate instructions. (If I had broken the unit while trying to get into it, this would be a one-star review.)

I don't know why other people had a tendency to return this product. The installation was easy for me and I love the results. This wireless switch gave me the option of having some control over a few lights without the use of wifi or bluetooth. The switch is also very clean and crisp looking. No. I am not a company rep or anything. Just an end user.

Top, super schnelle Installation, funktioniert tadellos, sieht gut aus, benötigt auch keine Unterputzdose. Flach an die Wand geklebt und fertig.

Hatte vorher günstigere Varianten im Einsatz, nachdem aber 2 nicht mehr funktionierten tauschte Amazon diese dankenswerterweise aus (auch nach den 30 Tagen) Qualität ist generell sehr gut. Material ist stärker als bei anderen, günstigeren, Varianten und die Tastfunktion wirkt auch wertiger. Der Rückstellmechanismus ist aus Metall. Nett finde ich auch den visuellen Effekt beim Betätigen des Tasters (Video). Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn die blaue LED blinken würde wenn die Batterie leer wird/ist. Der zusätzliche Inhalt (2x Wagoklemmen und 2x Doppelklebestreifen ca. 60x20x3mm) sind ebenfalls erwähnenswert, die Ummantelung der 4 Leitungen sind bereits eingeschnitten und können mit 2 Fingern abgezogen werden. (Wagoklemmen+vorgefertigte Leitungen = kein Werkzeug notwendig). Diese Punkte sprechen noch zusätzlich für dieses Produkt. Das Pairing und der Anschluss ist denkbar einfach und logisch und erfordert keinen extra Bericht, da er wie bei anderen Funkschaltern funktioniert. Die Größe ist mit 85x85mm auch gut gewählt, da diese die Standard-Unterputzdosen (70mm) komplett abdeckt. Die Bohrungen sind mit 60mm Abstand genau richtig und passen damit zu den oben genannten UP-Dosen. Aber es gibt auch 3 minimale Mankos, wobei nur 2 das Produkt selbst betreffen. (Negativ wollte ich nicht schreiben weil es eigentlich nur nervig ist) 1. Das herausnehmen des Tasters erfordert extreme Vorsicht um nicht den umliegenden Rahmen zu beschädigen. z.B. bei einer fixen Wandmontage mittels Schrauben an UP-Dose oder für einen Batteriewechsel. Lt. Anleitung sollte "unten eine Lücke sein", da ist aber keine. (Bild 3-7) Ein Plastikspatel/Plektron ist hier unbedingt notwendig, denn Schraubenzieher oder andere Metalldinger könnten an der Umrahmung unschöne Beschädigungen hinterlassen. 2. Den Begriff "Wasserdicht" würde ich selbst nicht allzu ernst nehmen. Spritzwassergeschützt trifft es eher. Die Batterie ist unter einem durchsichtigen Gummi geschützt.(Bild2) 3. Betrifft Amazon/Verkäufer. Ich habe 3 verschiedene Produkte (2x Einzelschalter/ 1x Einzelschalter mit Empfänger / 2x Doppelschalter mit Empfänger) des selben Verkäufers zusammen bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgt an 3 Tagen (Fr, Sa, Mo) und das ist nervig, erst recht wenn man etwas endlich fertig machen will. Warum gibt es die Möglichkeit nicht (mehr), mehrere Bestellungen mit einer Lieferung zu verknüpfen? Aber abgesehen von den minimalen Störfaktoren ist das Produkt top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wie es mit den Doppelschaltern aussieht werde ich später rezensieren und ob die Schalter auch so lange halten wie angegeben, wird sich zeigen.... Hab heute (20.11.23) die Doppelschalter bekommen. Alles gleich wie oben bereits anführt, bis auf einen Punkt. Man braucht wirklich sehr viel Mut um beide Taster vom Rahmen zu entfernen/abzunehmen. Da aber hier wirklich beim Material NICHT gespart wurde sollte es - trotzdem mit ein wenig Gefühl - kein Problem sein! FAZIT: Immer wieder!

Günstige Möglichkeit ohne große Stemarbeiten an einer stromführenden Leitung einen Schalter zu verbauen. Kinder leichter und selbsterklärende Montage obwohl auch eine Anleitung dabei ist. die Empfänger Einheit ist klein gestaltet somit lässt sie sich zum Beispiel auch in der Montageplatte einer Lampe verstecken. Der Sender in Form eines Lichtschalters ist durchaus Form schön und kann mithilfe der mitgelieferten Klebestreifen oder durch Schrauben an der Wand oder sonst wo montiert werden. Der Empfang ist einwandfrei und ohne Störungen. Der Artikel hat meine Empfehlung

1. Lieferung erfolgte schnell über Amazon und Verpackung angemessen. 2. Der Kabellose Schalter sollte zur Ansteuerung einer Lampe dienen, welche nur einen direkten Stromanschluss ohne Zwischenschalter in der Wand hatte. Der Empfänger wurde problemlos zwischen Stromleitung und Lampe angeschlossen. Aufgrund der geringen Bauweise konnte das Teil komplett in die Deckenfassung integriert werden. Der Schalter wurde anschliessend nach Anleitung für den jeweiligen Einsatz mit dem Empfängermodul gepaart und fertig war der Einbau. Alles sehr schnell und einfach erledigt. Der Schalter ist erste Klasse gefertigt. Haptik wunderbar, sehr guter Druckpunkt, nichts wabbelt oder klappert. Materialqualität stimmt auch, keine scharfe Kanten oder billiges Plasik. Könnte glatt Made in Germany sein. Ich habe hier den zweiten Schalter gekauft und der erste funktioniert nun seit über 1 Jahr ohne Probleme. Selbst für nicht Elektriker ist der Einbau völlig verständlich und einfach durchzuführen. Bitte vorher alle Sicherungen rausdrehen/abschalten! Ich sehe hier für dieses Produkt momentan keine Nachteile sondern nur Vorteile: - Sehr gute und verständliche Anleitung - Verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Paarungen / Kombinationen sind möglich - Sehr gute Reichweite selbst zwischen mehreren Altbau Wänden - Keine Batterie oder externe Stromquelle für den Schalter selbst benötigt - 3M Klebepad zum festen und dauerhaften anbringen an vielen Oberflächen - Optisches Signalfeedback via kleiner blauer LED am Schalter - Sehr lange Haltbarkeit / An-Aus Zyklen laut Hersteller. -Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 3. Fazit Problemlöser wenn Schalter nicht verkabelt angebracht sind und das ganze für einen sehr guten Preis. Haptik und Optik vom Schalter sind erste Klasse! Kaufen und ausprobieren - besser als alle anderen Baumarktlösungen die ich bisher ausprobiert habe (die deutlich teurer sind und nichts mehr bieten als dieses Teil hier!).

Der Schalter erfüllt genau das, was er verspricht: die Beleuchtung schaltet zuverlässig per Funk ein und aus. Beim ersten Einbau stellte ich jedoch fest, dass die mitgelieferten Verbindungsklemmen den Strom nicht durchgeleitet haben (Relais hat geschaltet aber Licht ging nicht an - Kabel wiederholt neu verbunden um Fehlbedienung auzuschließen...) Der einfache Fix war der Austausch der Klemmen gegen Wago‑Klemmen – diese übernahmen die elektrische Verbindung problemlos und beseitigten das Problem vollständig. Seitdem läuft alles einwandfrei, ohne weitere Fehlfunktionen. Ein Stern Abzug für die Probleme mit den Verbindungsklemmen - sonst top.
