It is an excellent tool and it would have been a shame if customer service had have let it down. However, when I contacted the seller with a minor issue, I got a very quick response and very fair resolve, which, as a customer, is all that I could want: Great product and great service!I had briefly used a dermaroller in the past but found it too uncomfortable. Perhaps the quality of that roller was not the best but i had recently read about the dermapen and how they are more precise and less painful to use than a roller. Also, the pen has the caveat of being depth adjustable and there there is the option of buying various needle size attachments.I primarily bought mine to aid hair growth but I am also using it on my face. I am using a depth of 1.5 every 10 days and then on alternative days I am using a depth of 0.5. The 0.5 depth causes little more than a tingling sensation. The 1.5 depth stings but is not anywhere near intolerable. In fact, I am managing it fine and quite like the mild firey sensation.I have been using it a little under 4 weeks so it is far too early to expect results on lines and wrinkles but I already have much fresher looking skin and the small patch of rosacea on my forehead and chin has completely gone. It was worth buying for that result alone.Because the needle head is the thickness of a pen, I have found that it is easy to get into deep lines and be more specific than I found possible with a roller.The needle attachments are throwaway after use and the advice is to use a new needle attachment for every session, which is a sound hygiene protocol and will prevent any dragging problems associated with needles losing their sharpness. So, I am not advocating any deviation from the advised protocol, but I have been changing mine every 10 days when I use a depth of 1.5. In between I have been steeping the needle attachment in alcohol and I have not had any issues. However, again, I reiterate that it's maybe safer to stick to the advise. I'm just being a cheapskate, Lol.Anyway, I am very glad I bought this pen and I will update this review in the future when I see more results.

Well blow me down, this really works... healthy scepticism about micro needing but I tried it. After just 3 sessions, it has cleared - and I mean dramatically so, bags under the eyes. Combine with good collagen-building nutrition (I recommend bone broth - nothing else comes close) and you will be stunned. Try it folks, spit the ageing process in the eyes
