I would like to know what is the quality of the resistance bands?

Made of surgical rubber tubing . Very high quality.

Can the door anchor and handles manage twice the resistance? Im thinking of buying additional bands (30 and 50lbs)

The one I purchased tore at the attachment after three uses. So I can't see it holding additional bands!!

When used in conjunction with a door, the ball goes where the door and door jam meet, on the side opposite the direction of your pulling, to keep the band/s in-place. Make sure the door is latched, securely!
