Mmmmmm good
Been taking this for a couple of weeks. Definitely notice I'm not as sore and I'm able to push myself harder each day.

Helps me to push myself a little more in the gym
I’m in the gym 5-6 days per week and sometimes worry that I’m seeing smaller gains because my body is cannibalizing existing muscle tissue rather than pulling from fat. This supplement directly targets that concern and I do see a small but noticeable benefit from taking it. I have a little more stamina when working out and notice the muscles recover quicker between workouts as my body is not prioritizing muscle tissue as a fuel source.It is slightly more expensive than similar HMB supplements I have tried previously, but in the same price range.

HMB and Creatine for the Win
Like all supplements so far so good, you really never know what you are getting but I can say there haven't been any negative effects. Using this with Creatine and hoping for some results by the time I use up the bottle.

Since I started taking this I have noticed improved recovery after workouts that previously would have left me feeling sore due to the routine change. I’m very glad I purchased this and it is worth a repurchase for sure!

No more DOMS
I used to get the WORST delayed onset muscle soreness. Once I tried this I realized my recovery has improved and no longer feel as sore as I used to. Since taking this, I feel rested and recovered and can now train harder. This past month I have set 2 new PRs in my squat and deadlift!Great product!
