The cut and fit of this jacket are great: they go well with jeans as pictured and went very well over a formal velvet dress for NYE. The only drawback is the material leaks dye. Before you wear this I recommend you wash it on gentle in a lingerie bag with white vinegar to set the dye and a dye catcher sheet to pick up the excess. Hang to dry. I have a favorite white blouse I wore under this the first time and after three washes with spot cleaner and bleach it still has a purple tint at the underarms from the jacket.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this jacket. I have worn it twice. Once to a wedding and a second time to a night club to hear a few rock bands. It is versatile and beautiful. It is very comfortable and heavy enough to keep you warm, but also light enough to keep you cool as well. The chiffon ruffle around the bottom of the jacket is so flattering. I am about 5'8 and the jacket fits me just as it does on the model in the advertisement. I usually wear a medium or large, and I opted for a large in this jacket so I could wear heavier tops underneath, or lighter chiffon tops underneath. This can easily be dressed up or down and either way you go you will look fantastic and feel fantastic.

I am usually between a Med & Large, I typically lean towards purchasing any tops or sweaters in large for my bust size. I ended up getting the XL since I was mostly worried about the arms and chest sizing, especially if I am wearing a thicker sweater dress or top. It fits like an XL on me, so I will have it tailored to fit better, which is fine, so seems like it is true to size. It's beautifully made, great quality velvet and the end sheer ruffle edging is a lovely touch. Will go well with dresses this holiday season, and dress up any look. The jacket arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged.

If you need an accessory for your Halloween costume (which is what I’m using it for) this is perfect. Material looks cheap-like those duracula capes/witch capes most costumes are made of. Wouldn’t wear as is shown on model. Very sheer and inside fabric is not very comfortable on the skin. It has no structure and looks boxy. The worst part - the sleeves are way to short. Honestly I don’t think it’s worth 30+ dollars after tax and shipping but I think I’ll be able to wear it as part of my Halloween costume at least. And that weird stitching on the back is barley noticeable.

I loved this item, I ended up returning it however. It for much larger than I expected. I'm a size 12 usually so I ordered accordingly. Very baggy in the arms and much to wide (not in a fashionable way).

This is a stunning velvet coat. It is soft, flowing, and accented by a chiffon ruffle. It is heavy enough to add some fall warmth. I bought Burgundy, size XL. The color glows, like a fine burgundy wine. I wanted it loose to fit over casual outfits, like jeans and a top. . The size is perfect for my needs. I wear a 10/12 in US sizes. I want every color!

Pretty, but a bit cheap-ish looking, primarily because it's not lined. Other reviewers also state that it bleeds onto clothing, which I believe. But it is super cheap and pretty enough addition to one's wardrobe.
