Was facing lot of issues with water pressure at my hometown, bringing this pump has solved all our water worries.Build quality feels strong and sturdy, yet one can easily lift.Has amazing suction power, can suck the water from a very low pressure old plumbing infrastructureFlow rate and range are quite amazing as it takes only about 30 minutes to fill a 500 ltr water tank situated at 2nd floor when pumping from ground floorOverall great performance and highly satisfied with this purchase.Thank you Amazon!!Thank you Havells!!😍 😊

I purchasse this product 15 days ago but normally good no issue

The media could not be loaded. I have two tanks 1 is 1100 litres and 2nd one is 1500 litres , approx height must be 38-40 ft , but pipe doesn't come directly from tanks , it has many turns and joints and then reached the motor , anyways i always wanted a powerful motor as we're facing a lot of problems related to water , but i must tell you if you want actual power then forget other motors in this segment and buy this , trust me it really is very powerful , if i wanna fill the one tank which is half empty and open the other tank 10% then this will take 10-12 minutes to fill it the other half , also i use it on municipality tap more often so the pressure will become insane , but that doesn't mean it perform less when it takes water from the tank , the pressure will still be powerful , so according to my experience this motor would take 40-45 minutes to fill both tanks i.e 2600 litres.Note- warning , you have to clean your water tanks before using it because this motor is so powerful that the water will mix with the dirt of your tank , it's pressure reaches the bottom of the tank even filled , rest I'll show you the videos so you can judge

The pump stopped working due to shaft corrosion in 10 months. Since it is still under warranty, I requested a service visit. The service engineer came and checked the invoice. The first thing he said was "you shouldn't buy these online, how will you get this replaced if needed", I replied, "then Havells should stop selling these online, if they do not have a replacement protocol".Anyway, upon inspection by the engineer, the pump was marked for replacement. He put a replacement sticker on the product and asked me to take it to the seller, which is Amazon. I called Amazon and they said it is the brand's responsibility to replace a product under warranty.This clearly suggests that Havells doesn't have a replacement protocol for products sold online and Amazon is also not aware of this.The service engineer then asked for the satisfactory code I got on SMS, and I was far from satisfied so I didn't share the code. He removed the replacement sticker and left. Now my pump is dismantled and I don't even have a replacement sticker. I guess I'll have to go buy a new one.This whole incident is outrageous and unethical. And these are the incidents that make people shy away from buying online.

I installed in on my 2nd floor and tank is on 3rd floorSuction and push force is great and most plumbers recommneded me to install on ground floor but I installed it on 2nd floor inside my house and its working greatIt has been almost 2-3 months using it and no issues so farIf I face any issue in future I will update the reviewOne note- the packing I received was a bit torn and wet as if it outer box got wet in rain. Havells hi flow.Justifying his name.Power full motor.Very minimal sound.Suction power was really good.Hi water flow rate.Good for my house purpose.Presently I used only 4 days.

Noise level: It is little noisy.Leakage: Yes leakage exists on my item. Exists on the joints. But it's not very big issue, tolerable.Condition: Suction valve was broken because of bad placing location in the box by the company. Easily it can break by handling the boxWater flow: it takes about 20 minutes to fill a 750L water tank placed on the 2nd floor which I think good

Very good product. Mild noisy. Performance is very good. Ease of installation. I have install it myself. Flow of water very good. Suction capacity is amazing as I installed it on 3rd floor with Suction pipe having many turns.
