QUSTIONS & ANSWERS Q: Will it work with k475 model? A: Yes, it works for keurig 2.0 and 1.0. K475 is a model of keurig 2.0. Q: Do i have to use the paper filter? A: It depends on you. The reusable k cup can do itself well. Or you can try it, find your like way Q: Is there only one coffee capsule or four like the picture? A: 4 also a brush and a spoon included Q: Can I put milk powder in this capsule? A: Do not recommend it. Milk powder may have an insoluble phenomenon with boiled water, sometimes it will plug the mesh. Q:These filters are causing my unit to leak from the top. What is happening? A: Might be using coffee that is too finely ground - if the grounds are too fine then it causes the machine to leak from the top as there isn't sufficient pressure to force the water through the smaller pore spaces or other wrong using steps Q: Why my coffee taste weak? A: Try different amount of coffee to put into it to get the brew strength/flavor you want. I've got my favourite taste after a few tries.
