I had bad experience with this product ,, first of all the cover came like as seen on tv ads . Then to understand how it starts I used the manual n also YouTube videos . The light in the machine works rarely . Then u need to insert 4 batteries (which i think the company should provide as the machine doesn’t work without batteries n current ). The machine started after sometime , but the cloth as shown in the videos doesn’t move , keeps on stitching at same place .if v try to pull the cloth gently forward it will not form stitch too . Then I took the machine to a sewing machine shop , as soon as he saw he said it’s a toy n he gets lots of complaints on this it can’t be corrected or altered to make it work. So I had to return this product which is definitely not easy to use or ready to use .

I have received, some functions are not working but head's of Amazon services they arrange for replacement, but request to Amazon & seller that when u r giving anything to someone then pls check all is well because I've selling ur trust & if it's not working on first then really tuff for future.This is my opinion & only my point of view.

Pros-merchant is good. All parts of machine worked. All spares like needle,bobbins, foot pedal etc were included But it can be used only by experienced ppl.The machine is too weak for thick clothes eg woolens or sports clothing. It is useful only for stitching sleeves etc. There is no control for length of stitches. Motor and needle are weak .

It is pathetic for all. I ordered this on January till now I m not using this but now due to Covid-19 we all are free at home so I just start using it and I am facing lots of issues in this I watched many videos on Youtube to fixed this but nothing happen. Stiching is not going properly both sides loose thread. I hate this. Plz tell me if I can return this now or replace me a good one which I can use.One more important thing is there is no LOGO of ISABELLA as shown is picture that mean this is a very local company. Please help me out of this

This product is awful. It didn’t work at all and wiring is completely off. I tried with both battery and power but it refused to come on. The only thing that worked was the light! It’s made of cheap plastic and looks like it’s going to fall apart any minute. Huge disappointment.What’s worse is that I’m not even being allowed to return it now. I bought the product going by the reviews but I refuse to believe they’re legitimate after trying it myself. The least you can do is be clear about the return policy!Please look into this and get me a refund or at least a replacement that works!

Tried a lot. Finally after watching so many vedios was able to stitch a little. Then the machine stopped. This is not for beginners. The user manual has no instructions to use the product . had to return it

Very difficult product to operate and user manual was not even given with the product as it was mentioned in the product description. Even then I tried operating it using YouTube videos, but either the thread was breaking all the time or getting stuck. In traditional machine as you sew in the cloth starts moving but here we had to pull the cloth from other end so sometimes the stiches was coming correct sometimes in big distances and if you don't pull the cloth, then the machine gets jammed. I will not recommend anyone yo huy this product

A few days back it was my mother's birthday and after a long search on Amazon, I found this sewing machine's suggestion and that's when I got this one as a present to my mother. With light in weight and easy to handle, this machine has been truly wonderful and perfect according to its size and functions. The advantage of this sewing machine is that it even has a bulb light attached in it which makes it easier to focus on stitching even during night. The functioning was totally easy as it even comes with a manual on how to use the machine. The colour combination and the stiffness shows that the quality is good enough to go on for years without any damage.It's totally worth the purchase at such a low cost.
