No complaints about the chemical itself; however, when it was delivered the bottle had leaked because the cap wasn't fully tight. Given how much it costs I begrudge losing even a small amount.

Great stuff that many homebrewers will find identical to Starsan. Super easy to mix and can be used with spray bottle. A small amount goes a long way.

Excellent does what it says on a bottle great value for money

Photo is how the bottle arrived. Absolutely no protection whatsoever and it broke open which has damaged my carpet and will come out of my deposit for the house. So, first thing to note is that this is an acid cleaner. Unlike the alkaline ones which often have to be rinsed, this uses food grade acids which are safe for you, your brews and the evironment to sterilise equipment. I've tested this rigorously and in a sealed container at room temperature this remains within an acceptable PH range to kill pathogens for around 3 weeks. It leaves no smells or visible (or harmful) residues. It self foams so that bubbles can get into those hard to reach places. All in all, I would say this is one of the better cleaners on the market. I use it for general lab stuff, mycology and brewing and have never had issues with contamination.
