These underwear are the BEST for postpartum c-sections! I wore these constantly for the first 6 weeks after my c-section and they keep a constant pressure on your incision and stomach so that you feel protected and safe to move, cough, sneeze, all the normal things that cause pain. Whenever I took them off, I would feel a huge difference, the incision pain and lower back pain would immediately return so needless to say I ordered more and wore them constantly. I would recommend these to anyone who is having a c-section!

Waited two weeks to try these after my c section and they feel so good!! I would recommend and just wait until you feel comfortable to put on. I bought the large, I am usually a s/m but I didn't want them to feel too tight. 5'2 175 lbs at labor 128 pounds pre pregnancy

I recently bought these because I just gave birth via C-Section and wanted underwear that provided support and helped my stomach look a bit more like it used to before pregnancy. These are great. They hold my stomach in just enough without being too tight or making my fat bulge above or underneath the underwear. They give me the right amount of support and I've noticed that my stomach is starting to get back to its shape day by day. I ordered the medium because I read one of the reviews and someone said they ran a little big and stretched out a bit after wearing them a little while. I'm glad I listened. I was a 12-14 before pregnancy and I ordered the medium. It fits perfectly. They are also a reasonable price. I would recommend this product.

These were the best purchase for after a c section. Way better than the “c panty”. I was able to wear them immediately once I was home from the hospital. They’re soft material and don’t rub your incision. they have enough compression to keep tight, but don’t have an elastic waistband to dig in. (C panty I bought and never wore because they hurt me) —wish I had bought 2 packs of these motherhood pairs (of 2 panties) instead so we didnt have to wash laundry as often.. chores are extra hard with a newborn when you can’t walk because of surgery. — look no further, buy these mama’s to be!!

I bought three different options of this type of underwear. My aim was to find panties that would give support without losing comfort. These were the best ones out of the three. They fit well and give some support without pinching. They do roll slightly at the top, but not to the point of being a problem. The high cut leg is a great detail because there is no ugly thigh/hip fat lines. That's why I kept them although I do wish there was a little more support in the tummy area. In general, these are an good option for anyone, not just postpartum ladies. I would buy down a size if possible, although there is not many size options. These come in good colors and are reasonably priced.

I recently had an emergency c-section and was desperate for comfortable underwear. Three weeks after my c-section I feel significantly better; however, my abdomen and c-section scar are easily irritated. I purchased this high-wasted underwear in an effort to mitigate the irritation to my body. Here is my analysis below:1. This underwear is by any definition a granny panty underwear. I’m fact, my mom who is actually a grandmother stated this. However, granny panty underwear is exactly what you need after a c section.2. This underwear holds your stomach in without being too tight. It feels secure on your stomach. I’d have to imagine this underwear would be great postpartum for a vbac birth as well.I purchased this underwear a bit on the larger side (L/XL) because I didn’t want anything too tight on my stomach. For reference, I am 5’5” 150 lbs three weeks postpartum (128 lbs pre-pregnancy). If I had a vbac, I probably would have purchased a small/medium.Overall, this was one of the best purchases I made post-pregnancy. I highly recommend for anyone who has had a c-section. This product deserves FIVE stars!!!!

These panties are a must-have postpartum, especially after having a cesarean birth! I just had my second baby and I wish I had had these after my first. For reference: I am 5’8” and weighed 194 lbs right after delivery (a lot of that was fluid in my legs following the surgery). Now I am now one month postpartum and weigh 170 lbs. I ordered the L/XL size and they fit perfectly this past month; only now are they starting to feel a little big around my legs and bum (my butt is perfectly average-sized). I will probably order the smaller size going forward as I start to get smaller :)These are very comfortable - they hold in the extra belly skin while hitting well above the belly button (and thus well above the cesarean incision). I think these would be nice following a vaginal delivery too - since they hold in one’s belly they are flattering under clothes, and they are great for holding the pads required after either type of delivery.These wash and dry great - I wash on the normal cycle in a small garment bag and either dry on medium heat or air dry if I have time. I have been living in these the past month and washing them constantly, and so far have not noticed any issues!I highly recommend these panties! The only downside is there is definitely a VPL (visible panty line) under leggings and yoga pants, but that’s the least of one’s worries when you have a newborn.

These are super comfortable. I had a c section and have a very low incision. Because of this the compression is above my incision, I do wish there was compression ON the incision, but I think that's my own issue. As other reviews note they aren't high waisted, they hit at/just below the belly button. They are super comfortable and it's nice that the bottom is full coverage and not tight... for the early post partum days (read, maxi pads). I recommend!

So happy with this product! Very comfortable for post partum with the perfect level of compression. I would say these run big. I ordered the small/medium based off of reviews from the Motherhood website and the fit is perfect. I was a size medium prior to pregnancy and am currently a size large 6wks pp (wearing size 10 jeans from Old Navy for reference) Highly recommend.

I’m a week postpartum with a C section and these have been fabulous!!!! They have a gentle stretch that fits over my belly and they do not roll down. Love them, highly recommend!!!!

So glad I purchased this while pregnant even though they’re for post partum wear. They are very comfortable and stretched with my growing belly without ever being too tight. I actually bought 2 more pairs post partum because they work like shapewear and helps make your belly look nice and smooth/tighter afterwards.

Purchased 1 set (of 2) for my recovery. Started using them around 2 weeks PP after a c-section. They were tight enough to keep everything feeling secure. I ended up ordering a second set of 2 because they were so awesome for my recovery!

Ohhhh Motherhood Maternity.I want to love you, I do.... But everything I've ordered from them fits totally differently. The sizes are a joke. Nothing is true to size. Either way too small or too big! It's incredibly frustrating, especially since MM clothing isn't cheap. I've purchased items from Amazon and MM website and it's the same issue over and over. I ordered the XL of these underwear and I wasn't very pregnant yet but I couldn't even try them on they were so small. Over it! Don't buy these...or buy at own risk!
