21st Century Calcium Plus D Supplement Tablet, 600 mg, 400 Count

It's exactly what I wanted and needed. It is a value for the quantity and it's of great quality.

This tablets are a little large but the oval shape makes them easy to swallow. I take one at breakfast and one with supper, allowing time for my body to process the supplement. Taking two doses provides the correct daily amount and my calcium blood level is now within a normal range. Buying the large 400 count is a good price so this supplement is a win-win!!

I have to cut these pills in half in order to swallow them, but other than that, this product provides the nutrients I am looking for. I use a pill splitter to split the pills on the score mark.

Good supply and cost for those needing calcium supplements. Best to take smaller quantity 2 time daily versus 1 huge dose that your body cannot handle. So the 600 mg is perfect for this.

With Vitamin D which helps absorb calcium, it's an excellent food supplement. Too bad, it's unavailable.

Quite a big bottle for the price. satisfied.
