Really good product so far, I’ve only had the sports brace for a few days but I’ve already seen signs of improvement in my posture. I’ve been using it mostly just in the gym, and it really does work a treat. I’m so more conscious of my posture now, which has definitely elevated my form whilst deadlifting and especially squatting. I’ve also used it on the treadmill and so far I’ve seen some small benefits to my running technique, it’s forced me to be more upright and helps me stride more fluently.I was a little worried that the brace could start to smell after using it in the gym but so far it’s still kept it’s fresh smell, proving the material is top quality and hypoallergenic.Overall really happy with it so far and I’ll continue to use it in my workout routines to keep pushing myself even further.

Great product for golf, it's really improved my swing after a few days of using the product. My golfing coach has been telling me to keep my head up and chest out, but this didn't come naturally to me. By keeping my shoulders back, head up and chest out, my consistency in shots has been a game changer!Overall, i'm very happy with the product.
