Men's Davis Chelsea Boot

First impressions were bad. Both boots have scuff marks on them and creases on the front as if they have been worn before. The soles looked a bit dirty as well. The box was beat up pretty badly and it doesn't seem to be from transit since the outside bag was in good shape. That's the reason for the 3 stars.Once I put the boots on, I fell in love. They smell like real leather, they are super comfortable for a big guy and they are true to size.I decided to keep them because they fit good and are comfortable so I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them and getting another pair.

These boots are not mates. They couldn't possibly be mates. I bought these for my grown son. He has never worn them. One boot he can't get on. Absolutely no way will it go on his foot. No, he isn't deformed or have mismatched feet. He's just a regular guy with regular feet and has never had a problem with shoes to fit. These boots simply do not match. I wasn't able to return them within the time frame allowed and now I've blown $130 on a pair of boots he has never even worn. I think there should be a longer period of time for returns. Especially in a case like mine where you have to ship your gift in the mail. I'm not happy with this purchase or Amazon!!

I did end up wearing this shoos everyday since I got them :) and I have a lot of shoos different brands but this are special to me cause so comfy and long lasting. Wear them for work and when I go out. Will get them again after this worn out or maybe in a different color. Just make sure to get the right size! Got same brand bit different style but the bit tight in my size so got this one a size larger.

Good looking boots. Seems high quality build. But the fit is terrible. Oddest shape boots I've ever tried on. Extremely narrow, and long. Not wearable due to odd fit

My buddy loved these I absolutely hated these things they did not fit right or nothing and I would like my money back ASAP I’m sick of my whole family ordering stuff I’ve got like 50 people they order stuff from Amazon and only a fraction of us have the same stuff back and I know it looks bad on me because this is my first time ordering things off of Amazon and when I get it I’m not satisfied with it and I just hope and pray to God that you don’t hold that against me because I really can get some true good things from there

Great boots. Felt like I’ve had them for years, right out of the box. Feel nice and broken in. Very soft and wide was perfect!

These boots are spot-on for a great price. They look great and are very comfortable. Size and width are very good and as expected. The elastic sides are flexible enough for easy on and easy off. Glad I got them !

I like the style of the boot but wish the half size smaller in wide would have been available. I bought the next size and it is a little snug once I get them on. Other than that I like the shoes and they are comfortable

I looked at all the Chelsea boots offered on Amazon.ca and decided on these because I liked the tan suede and, having viewed all the others from every angle, I liked that these were 1) a little higher in the instep and 2) had neither an exaggeratedly long toe nor a toe as rounded & blunt as with Blundstones. Now that I have them in hand, I think I made a good choice because the proportions are beautiful. The suede is not too nappy and both shoes are blemish-free and perfectly matched in colour.The insole has good support for the arches and there's a strong little pad that stands a little taller right under the heel to give plenty of pushback, and the rest of the footbed is well padded too. I did have a few minutes of worry when I tried them on because I felt uncomfortably squished in the heel of one foot, but when I took that shoe off and dug around inside I found the insole was installed without glue - so you can replace it if necessary - and was slightly out of place. I pushed it around until it 'clicked' and haven't had any discomfort there since. The heel of the shaft is lined with pigskin from top to bottom and it wraps around the Achilles tendon to smoothly cover the stitches of the elastic side panel, plus narrower borders of pigskin do the same for the stitches frontward. Very well constructed and not likely to go limp with time.They were packed with the usual forms tucked into the toes but also with a stiff block of foam stuffed into the shaft of each boot to keep them from flattening & getting awkwardly bent as they lay on their sides in the box. I was impressed.Even though I got them at a great price - half that of the other colours - these boots are just too beautiful to wear outside right now because it's January and there's slush & salt on the streets, and that's murder on suede. I'll wait until things dry up a little but I'm glad I bought them and I congratulate Hush Puppies for making me an excellent pair of Chelsea boots. I don't associate this brand with really cool shoes, but now that I've got them I'd rather have these than even Blundstones.

Great boot that I purchased as a gift for my husband. Fits tight, so order a size up!

Nice boots with soft leather

Everything is great about the shoe, except that it came worn. Had creases on one of the shoe.

They are nice and comfortable but they make an almost constant squeaking noise when I walk.
