I work in a shoe store that carries Matisse's hand-crafted boots & sandals. Since the Kiley isn't part of their hand-crafted line, sizing is accurate and I have bought two pairs of these shoes (their original retail price is much higher than what Amazon is selling them for!). Only issue - which doesn't even bother me - is the back will rub while breaking them in.
