This new product with the additional prebiotic has caused a lot of gas and bloating and constipation. I only bought this new one because original one was suddenly not available. My feeling is you are trying to increase sales of this new one before manufacturing the original one again. I do not recommend this product. You have lost a long time consumer.

Causes gas and bloating
I have used the Original Super Shield probiotics for years and they were excellent. This new product with the additional prebiotic has caused a lot of gas and bloating and constipation. I only bought this new one because original one was suddenly not available. My feeling is you are trying to increase sales of this new one before manufacturing the original one again. I do not recommend this product. You have lost a long time consumer.

packaging incorrect
These supplements need to be on ice during delivery and once it is received at the home it needs to be refrigerated 24/7 for the potency of the supplements to remain. I received these supplements NOT ON ICE and bottle was warm. I will be returning these for a COMPLETE refund and will be reordering on the official website who actually package these supplements correctly. When not refrigerated or on ice until refrigeration half of the potency is gone. This was a waste of money.
