Plenty of compartments. You can use the shoe compartment for shower clogs or athletic shoes and not have them contact anything else in the bag. I find the external compartment to be handy for keys, cell phone and wallet.

Had to return one as part of a zipper was missing but bought another one. Love the size!

Used this bag for 4 years traveling 100+ days per year. Size is perfect for a carry on bag. Packing light it will squish into even the smallest carryon bin of a regional jet. For me it will fit enough clothes for 4 days plus toiletries. I don’t usually use the shoe compartment for shoes. As far as durability goes, it’s ok. The first and most annoying deterioration was the Velcro on the handle straps. It turned into hairy fuzz after about a year and stopped working to keep the straps together. The zippers themselves held up very well. The canvas eventually (3.5 years mark) started pulling away from the zipper on one side leaving a big raggedy hole. Minus one star for not lasting 5 years, but overall a great bag and a good design. I’ll look for something more durable for my next bag.

I'm looking to buy a second one for longer trips. I have been reading reviews and people say it's not carry on. I flyer regularly and I have not had any problems using it as a carry on. I love throwing strap over my shoulder and navigating airport through all those people with their wheely bags falling over and blocking travel paths. Additionally, it fits easily in and out of overhead compartments. Taking up less space than the hard carry-on luggage.

I have used this bag for short trips as my primary bag and as a secondary bag for long trips. It has a lot of compartments to keep all items organized. It is well-made and durable. The only drawback it is not a carry-on bag.

This a perfect bag for weekends or secondary to your primarily suitcase. Attaches to my roller bag for ease of movement and plenty of compartments. First decent weekend bag I've bought and I travel extensively. Good build quality.

Samsung quality has decreased over time.

Already used bag for 4 day trip to Arizona. Size is good-easy to carry in airport.

Upon receiving my Samsonite Pro duffel, the first thing that I noticed is that its dimension is significantly smaller than advertised on the Web and on the bag's card: 21" x 16.5" and 13". Instead, the fully packed bag is only 20" long, 11.5" in wide, and 12.5" high. I added a piece of cardboard to keep the bottom from sagging. its looks and quality are good. Rigidity could be better. There are no pockets inside the main area. The loose material for its shoes compartment is super thin, which is very good for no space is wasted. Due to its smaller size, lack of practical pockets, and high price, I wish I could give a 3.5 out of 5 mark; so I rated it a 4.
