Other brands would put like 700-1000% DV on some of the multivitamins, that’s unnecessary, I get that they need to make up for some bioavailability issues, since you don’t completely absorb 100% of it, but the goal of a multivitamin is to be a supplement, it’s meant to complement your diet, it’s more like insurance to make sure that you hit your goals, but food should be your main contributor to the multivitamin goal, not the multivitamins.
