I bought these in November of 2025. A couple of months prior to my purchase, I was talking on the phone to a friend & I noticed that I was having an issue recalling information to contribute to the conversation way more than I was comfortable with. I did look around for a memory supplement, but they all seem to cost way too much--and what if they don't work? So, I started taking these and I have really noticed an improvement in my memory. When I talked on phone to my friend again, the conversation went much smoother for me--I wasn't struggling to remember stuff like before. This works for me and costs way less than other products.

I bought these several months ago and I was taking them regularly. Within 2 weeks I started to notice a change in my mental energy and focus. As time passed I noticed was getting all my tasks done throughout the day. And I didn't have that nagging feeling that I forgot something when leaving stores or work. Well I fell behind on taking them and now I miss that mental focus and energy that I used to have. So I'm definitely back on them and plan to keep taking them.

No side effects, easy to swallow however i have been taking it for 4 days and I did not see a change in my focus. therefore im giving it 4 stars.

My father is in his late 60’s and swears by these pills. He says they help him remember things more clearly and are easy to swallow. He always makes sure to let me know when he is running low.

What this product did was slow down my anxious thinking and gave me a sense of “everything is going to be okay.” I felt really good while minding my own business. Kind of made me feel like my head was in the clouds. This product increases blood flow to the brain and it is necessary after a traumatic experience. I am in the process of healing from trauma and I had the opportunity to read a couple of Dr. Daniel Amen’s books on mental health. He shares his research about healing the brain with food to improve our mental health. He also provides lists of what to eat and supplements to take for brain health and mental health. I highly recommend you start with “Feel Better Fast and Make it Last.” I know this is a good product for memory but I really want to share how it has benefited my mental health. I’ve been very anxious lately from things in the past that I didn’t confront- for one reason or another. Even things that I did not know would have such a heavy impact on me- they’ve really altered my mood and outlook on life. As a result, I desperately put better attention into my diet and found supplements to improve my mental health. Ginkgo has been helpful- just as I explained above. I feel serene. I also take a multivitamin for brain health ( Garden of Life myKind Organics Women's multivitamin) and a probiotic. All 3 of these together are great for brain health for both young people and older people alike. Exercise should be on this list too because it increases oxygen to the brain- improving memory and mental health. If your mental health needs a boost I recommend these supplements but of course discuss with your daughter, and hopefully he or she doesn’t try to deter you away from good things.

Used this brand a very long time. My only complaint is their Capsules ALWAYS seem to stick in my throat when trying to swallow them. I don't have this problem with the other brand that I just switched to. I'm not one of those people that has problems swallowing pills. Just a heads up for those who have problems swallowing pills.
