Crunchy
Very sweet, perhaps too sweet but very crunchy and fresh.

Delicious cookie, but box photos of ingredients are misleading.
I was hoping to find a "healthier" biscotti without sugar, but when I received them, I realized I should not have relied on the box photos for the ingredients. The ingredient list not shown on the box: wheat flour, sugar, almonds 20%, eggs, egg yolks, honey, salt, flavorings (amaretto if I had to guess),baking powder.

Tasted Terrible
I purchased this flavor and the dark chocolate flavor at the same time. They sounded perfect to me due to the smaller size and good overall reviews. Both boxes arrived with the same expiration date in 2021, so they were not expired. The dark chocolate flavor tasted good, pretty much like a packaged cookie. Definitely nothing off-putting though. The almond flavor, however, tasted absolutely terrible! It was an acrid, rancid taste and they also had a kind of funny smell. After a small taste I had to throw the whole package away. There was nothing obvious wrong with the package and it seemed to have a good seal. Not sure if this was a one-off bad batch or if the almond flavor just has something in it that I find offensive, but my goodness it was bad and I threw $15 in the trash. I will stick with the chocolate flavor for sure.

Just right for me
Just received my cookies and yes they a broken, but I like that! I consider them mouth-sized. Lots of almonds, which I like, too. Fresh and the day they were baked? Probably not, but I don't mind that because they are still fine for dunking. They are not soft, but very crunchy, also my favorite kind of cookie. And that is why I gave them 5 stars.Just
