Has anyone tried this to make salad dressing?

I use the dry powder milk all the time to make ranch dressing. mix all dry ingredients together. then you have it for anytime. when I make ranch dressing I add a little milk and a little mayo just it says on hidden valley packets

Antibiotic & hormone free?

All milk products legally sold in the US are antibiotic free. Most dairys now a days are rBST free.

Will adding this to lowfat powdered milk turn it into whole milk?

Have not tried that. I make breads with the powder and add whole milk. Does great

Can you freeze the powder. I don’t use it very much?

I'm not sure about freezing but I keep mine in a plastic jar in the refrigerator. I have kept it in the fridge for up to two years and it doesn't seem to degrade although it sometimes clumps up. The clumps break up easily back into powder.

Awesome quality

I recently purchased this 2 pound sack of Buttermilk powder. This is spectacular. I'm not gonna use it to make Buttermilk. Instead, I'm gonna use this to make ranch dust for my popcorn seasoning. As this is a very cost effective way to make my perfect popcorn flavor at home super high quality.Amazing product exactly as advertised.Overall a good value for the price that I paid. Stores away for a long time.This is a huge capacity container.It dissolves and mixes, well, if you want to reconstitute it at home the texture is really nice.

Very good product

I buy this buttermilk powder in order to make homemade ranch dressing mix. I use the mix to season meats, salads and vegetables, or make dip or ranch dressing. It tastes good and stores well. It arrived quickly. I have purchased this product several times and will do so again.

Good for cooking

I was disappointed with this powder. It was recommended by a southern cook who has written cookbooks-us southerners love our buttermilk! I used it in cornbread and it was good, but don’t recommend for drinking. The consistency was too thin.
