🎸 Power your pedals like a pro—clean, flexible, and noise-free!
The DC5 Link is a versatile universal power supply designed for effect pedals, offering five isolated outputs with configurable voltages of 9V, 12V, and 18V and a total current of 900mA. Its toroidal transformer minimizes EMI noise, ensuring clean sound. Compatible with popular pedalboards like Temple Audio and Pedaltrain, it features short circuit protection with LED indicators for safe, uninterrupted performance.

Perfect clean power!
I purchased this to go under my Pedaltrain nano+ and power 5 mini pedals. It fits perfectly under the pedalboard and comes with all the necessary cables to power the pedal. Each channel is isolated and switchable to meet the different power needs of a variety of pedals. Even though there are only 5 outlets it can power more than five pedals through included split cables. There were cheaper brands but ultimately I went the Cioks DC5 because it had one critical feature - it is switchable to accept 110v and 220v. I move frequently and currently live internationally, so I needed a power supply that could accept 110v (for the US) and 220v (for Asia, Europe, and almost everywhere else). It shipped with the US standard 3 prong plug but is easy to use internationally with a simple plug adapter and switching the voltage on the unit. I couldn't be happier, well worth the money!

I wanted to put together a small pedalboard that would be easy to "grab and go"
This thing rocks! I own a pedal power 2+ and a Fuel Tank Jr. I wanted to put together a small pedalboard that would be easy to "grab and go". I decided on the pedaltrain nano+ and the power supplies I already had wouldn't fit under the nano+ without some kind of modification. The Cioks DC5 was easy to install and fit under the board perfectly. No modifications needed. I didn't even need taller feet for the pedaltrain. I actually prefer the mounting system for the DC5. There are no brackets to mess with and is a much cleaner install. My pedals are getting clean power from the DC5 and are dead silent from unwanted noise! If you need a power supply with 5 DC outputs then this is THE one.

which worked fine, but could not accommodate pedals that needed bigger ...
I actually have two of these, one for a nano and one for a mini pedaltrain. I was using one spot's or voltos for them, which worked fine, but could not accommodate pedals that needed bigger voltage or isolation for center positive connections, which I wanted to be able to swap in on a small grab'n-go on occasion. I tried using isolation adapters and voltage jumpers with the other power supplies, but they were noisy and seemed a bit wonky even when working well. Plus it is extra bulky cabling. No other company, that I have found, makes a PS that does all this and fits under a small pedaltrain without mods. Not only does it do that, but it does it beautifully, with a lot of flexibility and super high quality construction. This one let's be run an H9 which is a 400mA center - jack, and a Jester which is a 500mA center - jack with no difficulties. I use a current doubler from Cioks (which was a bit hard to find, the only drawback) for the Jester; and I was going to use one for the H9, but actually it runs great off of the 300mA tap, which is clearly VERY conservatively rated. I am pretty sure the DC5 is far and away the best quality and most flexible option for a smaller pedalboard, if you want more than a one spot or volto type PS, that there is currently. You could easily run a larger, say 10 pedal, board with it, depending on what sort of pedals you had, with a couple of daisy chain cables. In fact, I would have gotten this instead of my voodoo 4x4 if it had been available back then, for my PT Jr., which had 8 pedals including the 500mA Jester for awhile.

They need to make a DC6 or a slimmer DC8 and it will be perfect for you mini pedal boards
I made a mini pedal board on a Pedaltrain Nano+. This fits perfectly well under the pedal board. However, the pedal can fit 6 regular pedals and more than 6 pedals if you use mini pedals. Sure, this power supply gives you a couple of daisy chain options but for the price, why would you want to daisy chain any pedals? They need to make a DC6 or a slimmer DC8 and it will be perfect for you mini pedal boards.

Great little power supply for the Pedaltrain Metro!
Fits perfectly with the mounting bracket (purchased separately). Good clean power, works great!

Perfect low profile pedal power
Had no idea something like this existed until a few weeks ago. Exactly what I was looking for, a low profile pedal power that fits under my Pedaltrain Metro board and can run 6 pedals and a buffer.5 outputs so you need a splitter cable to power more than 5 pedals. Just be sure the power requirements of the pedals do not exceed the output of each plug. It has 2 300ma plugs and 3 100ma. Plenty of juice for a small to medium sized board.Overall construction feels solid. Installation did require drilling holes in the board but was pretty easy using the template they provide.About the only thing I might recommend is putting washers between the rubber feet and the board to give it a little extra clearance. It's a tight squeeze and might scrape the bottom if you are on uneven ground.Great little invention that really cleaned up my board and allowed me to add a couple extra mini pedals. An excellent purchase if you are looking to make space on a low profile pedalboard.

Perfect fit for mounting under a Pedal Train Nano + Pedalboard.
I purchased this because it fits under a Pedaltrain Nano + pedalboard, which I use for a direct bass rig at church. The pedalboard has an Ampeg SCR-DI preamp and scrambler overdrive pedal (12v), a Keeley Bassist Compressor (9v), and a Korg Pitchblack tuner (9v). The Cioks DC-5 is screwed to the underside of Nano + pedalboard and fits perfectly. It even included a screw hole template card which made the job easy. I have only had it a short time, but so far so good. It is a little pricey for powering only three pedals but it makes my rig super compact and fast to set up and use.

A little pricey but worth it
Now that I've started gigging more regularly I needed a more reliable pedalboard, and a good power supply is essential. Everything about this is great ---except the latest model did not have the correct template for drilling the mounting screws, nor could they be found on the manufacturer's website. (It wasn't difficult to make my own template but I did waste some time looking for one online.) The packaging and included cables are excellent, and I ordered some more from a third party to match my setup.
