You will cook with fresh herbs more often.
I am not a kitchen gadget person, but my love for cooking coupled with annoyance at chopping fresh herbs had me looking for a better way. It’s not perfect, but it certaining makes the job easier and works right about 95% of the time. The day I got it I tried parsley, cilantro and thyme. it just feels like a more effective way to remove the leaves then hand stripping. To get the best Results I just feed the stem through the absolute smallest hole it will fit in. Definitely worth the price, and super sturdy and small to store.

Good Quality, Great for chopping, But Not Great for Stripping
This is very good quality, comes with nice guard on the blade. I just haven't had luck with the "stripping" option.. which was why I bought it. On delicate herbs like thyme .. I had no luck at all. On sturdier ones like Rosemary I could get a few leaves to strip, then the stem would break.

Must have for the kitchen!
Due to a pandemic, there has been an increase in food preparation at home. Due to a breakup, I left about half of my cooking/baking tools behind and have no desire to contact the ex to get them (the tool I had for herbs was plastic anyways). So a search was done and I found this tool. It’s worked great! I have no complaints regarding the easy way it cleans up, its overall sturdiness or ease of use! If you find yourself frequently cooking with herbs, or perhaps you just like buying random things, then this is the product for you!

Works well, be careful of blade
Works great for kale. Ignore the pictures of what hole you're supposed to use - fit use the smallest hole the stalk will fit in, the blade needs to be tight against the stalk. Sometimes with bigger leaves, I cut the stalk shorter to be able to use a smaller hole (since the stalk is thicker farther down obviously :). The knife protector falls off very easily and the blade is sharp so be careful. Not appropriate for kids to use.

GREAT PRODUCT
I'm a real gadget person, so I just had to have this for use with my homegrown herbs. It makes the job of breaking them away from stems so much easier. I only have one complaint.....I had to take a pair of pliers to pull off the covering the first time. I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to get it off, but once I did it was great.

Great Quality
Great Quality Product that will save a ton of time in the kitchen! Sharp blade and several hole sizes provide versatility. Comes with a Blade cover which is a great safety tool when using it to strip leaves rather than chop. Highly recommend!

Works effectively on the herbs I’ve used it on so far, and saves me picking leaves from herbs which I hate doing by hand!

Originally bought this to use for stripping thyme leaves. It is tedious to use (perhaps eyesight is more the issue) it is like threading a needle I found that it took more patience to use the stripper than to do it by hand. I will say if is better for rosemary and other larger herbs. The tool is well made and has a nice blade with a safety cover on it which has saved a finger or two.

Thought it might be easier to pull herbs through no so with some soft leaf herbs

I've always hated prepping fresh herbs, I wash all of those, then cut etc. I've wasted some leafs everytime. This tool is a time saver and gets most of the leafs.
