Coleman16x50 Signature All Terrain Waterproof Binoculars

I recently purchased 4 different pairs of inexpensive binoculars in my quest for acceptable performance and returned them all because of poor optics. The only ones I found that were clear and resolute enough in this power and price range were the Bushnell Powerview 16x50/20x50 models and the Coleman Signature 16x20. This Coleman has to be the best buy in this price range, considering features and optics. The view, although somewhat narrower than less powerful models, is very clear with outstanding clarity and resolution, enough to view the tiny bullet holes on the long distance targets of my shooting range. The build seems to be good. They have nicely designed rubber covered twist up eye pieces. The lens covers are also rubber-like, instead of plastic and fit tightly. The eyepiece lens covers are one piece and clip to the strap. Some online stores describe these erroneously, I believe, as having BK7 prisms. The pair I received have the better BAK4 prisms. "BAK4" is stamped on the body of the binoculars and noted on the box. Scoop these up while you can. I took a chance on these as there were no reviews available. I'm thrilled that I did! By the way, an online search I conducted identified the Coleman binoculars as a joint effort by Coleman and Olympia.

Lost the BEST binoculars we ever had (couldn't remember the brand name) when they were accidentally left in a rental car and never found. So, we ordered new Bushnell binoculars (because of the brand name) and we have never been happy with them! We are taking an extended driving trip and wanted some great binoculars. My husband did not like the "Coleman" name but I ordered them anyway. What a great surprise! These binoculars are FANTASTIC!! Love the exterior coating that makes them easy to grip and handle. Sight through them is SO MUCH BETTER than the Bushnell ones which cost way more money! Even my husband loves them! I haven't been in a situation where they might fog up (like our Bushnells did whenever we went from cold to hot) but these are supposed to be fog-proof which will be wonderful (no more waiting for them to clear up)!! I would compare these to some binoculars which cost more than double what we paid! Thank you COLEMAN for making such an awesome product!

They are pretty good, no real complaints. I find my 10x42 binoculars to be easier to use. You have to have a steady hand and patience to use these, because it takes a bit to get it in focus and on target and then adjust the width perfectly or you'll have blacked out spots. They are heavy and solidly made.

Was looking forward to getting the 16 power. What I received today was 8 by 40s. Which are a dime a dozen.

Yes can see moon's craters and uneven features. Made well.

They are too heavy and too powerful for what I had wanted

This binocular definitely not for people who want light weight stuff, as it is pretty heavy. But, it is quite sturdy, easy to handle and images are really sharp

Bought this as a gift, they work great and wish I'd bought a pair for myself.
