High Speed 200mm Belt Drive Linear Guide Rail Motion Slide Actuator Module for CNC Linear Position Kit

I bought this with a worm drive. I did some modification to the way it mounts because I am using it for a vertical application using a servo motor. The quality is amazing for what you pay. The company was very responsive and helpful. They sent pictures of what I was going to get before they shipped it. It only took a few days to get here also. If you are setting up a CNC machine on a budget, this is an awesome way to go!

The product arrived the earliest date stated for delivery. The carriage has zero play and moves smoothly. I assumed that the bearing for the carriage were riding on the aluminum extrusion itself but was happy to see some hardened steel rods. This entire unit is constructed of metal and of high quality. My ONLY complaint is the coupler for the motor does not fit the motor I have (nema 23 with 10mm shaft) but I knew this was the case and the shaft diameter for my motor is not standard.

Linear belt drive working great in production. Bought 2 units at different times, both came well before the target date. Fantastic customer service. Rugged enough for a high speed punch and place system without the need for an additional support rail.

Overall the product quality is good, except for the points that you attached some sponges.BTW, How can I tighten this connector with ** tool?Please answer.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  After some out-of-the-box frustrations including lack of the right decoupler, it has shown itself to have great fit/finish, minimal play, and actuates very quiet even at high speeds.Nicely done - very happy with the purchase.This rig simulates an 8MPH car crash and pulls an 8g haversine when paired with the very capable Clearpath servo/stepper. I'm going to push it a bit, but I'll stop at 10-12 g acceleration because at some point I think the mechanism will fail.
