I picked this bookmark out as a small thank you for my daughter’s teacher after our Pete the Cat mystery reader day and it was such a perfect fit. The class loved the Pete the Cat book and the kids were so excited about the little bookmarks I handed out, so giving the teacher her own special bookmark felt like a nice way to wrap everything up. Yes these bookmarks are pretty and functional with the ruler on the back. Much thought was put into the bookmark with brilliant craftsmanship. Now if only the tassle had as much thought put into it. I reinforced the tassel with a miniature rubber band so hopefully I don't find pieces of the tassle everywhere I go while simultaneously wondering why my tassle has two strands left. (This is my second one).
