Good for small trips with several compartments including an area for a few clothes. Does not fit under the airplane seat but can fit in an overhead bin though too heavy for me to lift up. The wheels are responsive so easy to move and turn.

I did not buy to use as a laptop bag. Wanted to replace my other bag that did not have the 360 wheels and the trolley feature. Worked well but bag was heavier than I thought, most likely due to the mechanism. It would not fit under the airplane seat, so I had to have someone help me put it in the overhead bin and get it back down. In all fairness, I am a 73 yo woman without much upper body strength. Luckily, I did not have a problem finding help by some of the others on the flight. The bag is well constructed, but I would like to remove the file/laptop partitions. Not sure if that is possible. Wish they made this bag without them.

I use it twice a day for the past month. No issues. I did purchase the extended 3-year warranty just in case.It does tip forward, but it doesn't concern me

I am using this for securing documents while traveling between my office and home and as my office in a box. I was able to program the lock and it is easy to use. The bag is perfect, holding my computer, iPad, papers, books, and office supplies. I do find it works better to place my heavier laptop in the base of the bag rather than the front of the bag. This is fine with me. As a seasoned traveling, it is not a good fit for under the seat flying. Using it to fly is not my purpose for this bag so I am delighted.

The beg is kind of havy, and the strange odor is very strong, but overall it is not bad, even though I was expecting much better for the price.

I walk with a cane, especially through airports. I was hoping the handle when extended would stay locked in position better, but it collapses to easily. I make the best of it by not relying on it to heavily. A great benefit is that the size of it still is allowed on board for overhead storage, while other “carry-on” bags need to be tagged just before boarding.

It just arrived and it is exactly as described and shown in the listing. It is beautiful, spacious and has divided compartments for office/work items needed when traveling. Also, the weight is less than I thought it would be so I suspect it will not be difficult to lift when full. I look forward to using it.

This advertised as a $200 piece is definitely not what you would expect to pay for such low quality. In fairness I do travel weekly but I have had this piece less than a year and the material on the outside has been tearing. The wheels don't roll as nicely as some of my other luggage pieces that weren't nearly ad expensive. It's annoying there is nowhere to put a drink there is a front cooler pocket but is essentially worthless as does not fit a beverage and close! And now 7 months into my purchase and the zippers have started to fail and now the main zipper pocket has broken off zippers didn't open and close smoothly with the odd material placement around the zippers presumably to protect other bags riding on top but made the zippers stick and ultimately fail. Very disappointed and now I have to buy a new briefcase needless to say it won't come from Sanwa Supply.
