I started taking only 2 capsules first thing when I wake up on an empty stomach. And I don't eat until 30 minutes to 1 hour later.Within 2 days I noticed when I was at work my muscles and joints felt all loose instead of the usual stiffness and pain. I was kind of dumb founded why I felt so limber, like if I had taken magnesium to relax my muscles. But I hadn't taken magnesium that day. It was the Rejuvenzyme and that is only after taking 2 capsules in the morning, not even taking my second 2 capsule dose at night on an empty stomach. I have always been a person who drives a lot for my job. I have never minded driving a lot. Until this past year when I turned 39 it's as if my body said no to driving. I felt like I had tendonitis. My hand, wrist,elbow, and shoulder on the right side were having chronic pain. I could barely pick up a frying pan. After a week on this product the pain went away and did not come back. I found this product because many naturopaths have patients on proteolitic enzymes for pain such as Wobenzyme ($39), Trevinol($39), and a Japanese one Vitalzyme that is $150 a bottle. I wondered if Source Naturals made anything similar? As I have taken their digestive enzymes for over a decade. This product has almost identical ingredients to the ones mentioned above -so I'm sticking with Source Naturals and grateful that is is inexpensive. I'm taking two -twice a day. Will be ordering a bottle for my boyfriend as well from now on. Great product!

I have confirmed with Source Naturals that the current product does not contain Talc. However, I just ordered a bottle and the "other" ingredients on my bottle are completely different than on their website. Talc is one of many ingredients that are in my bottle from Amazon. The bottle has a use by date of 8/21. So, question is, how do you buy a "new" bottle without Talc and other ingredients?

This is also part of the team of things that I'm using to fight off the return of prostate cancer. We'll see the final grade in about a year or two.

very affective for inflammation isssues

A friend purchased a couple of bottles and handed it to me and said "Here try this for your tendonitis", of course I'm like ya ya ya, and put them away for a month or so.I had been fighting tendonitis for almost a year and had already had some physical therapy which worked amazingly well, but I still had pain.So after reading reviews on how well enzymes help tendons and ligaments, I decided to try this product. After icing and Advil for months it couldn't hurt.Well after 1 week the pain disappeared. Now after almost 4 months, it has not returned. I will take this for the rest of my life. Never would have thought some little enzyme would cure that awful pain. I don't take anti inflammatories, just this.You do have to be careful because I have heard that the Bromaline can thin your blood, so if you have high blood pressure you have to be careful.This is great - no drugs! Try it and see.

All I know is I don't wake up with body aches and pain since I started taking rejuvenzyme. This really works!
