1 Pack Replacement Battery Compatible with 40 Battery Lithium Ion Battery

So far these have been great - the battery life seems about the same as the Black and Decker one that came with the trimmer (which is also less than I would like). I use the trimmer at full power most of the time, so it isn't that surprising that it doesn't last a half hour. But I do get plenty of time and with two extra batteries, I have enough power to get the whole yard's edging done.

These batteries don't last as long as original Black and Decker batteries. The originals work for about 25 minutes, these only 18 (i tested them on my leaf blower. It's too soon to tell how long the batteries will last before they die. Note that the originals are 1.5Ah and 60 Wh while these are rated at 2.5Ah and 100 Wh. Both are 40 volt.

We thought we had misplaced the original battery so I started looking online for a replacement and came across these. You get 2 for the price of one original replacement. Now we can have one on the device and one on the charger at all times. So far they are working as should be.

My husband purchased these for use with our Weed Eater. Batteries will not last even for one use. In fact, he uses first battery for front yard and then by the time he is quarter way through back yard, he has to replace with second battery. Our yard is not large in size. He is so frustrated he is ready to just throw them in trash. My advice to everyone is try them out before putting away. Return as soon as possible if a dud. We unfortunately are unable to return at this time.

Overall, the last couple of years, I have purchased several similar Energup replacement batteries. I have been extremely.pleased with those purchases. When I went to purchase the Energup brand batterie this year, I saw the Energup were not available on Amazon so I decided to give these a try.A couple of things ... the LED lights indicating remaining battery life are red instead of green. This made me Immediately suspicious of the OEM quality before I even tried them out. When I did try them out in the Black and Decker weed trimmer in an area with thick brush, the battery life was rather short-lived in comparison to the Energup. I suspect that it lasted about half as long as I was expecting. Since then, I’ve been hesitant to try them out in the mower in fear of being disappointed that I received a pair of dud batteries.Summary:The batteries do work, and if I see that I was mistaken about my initial assessment regarding battery life (whenever I get the courage to try them in the mower), I will be happy to edit this review. However, my current recommendation to those looking to purchase these batteries would be to only buy them if you absolutely positively need them. There may be better OEM brands on Amazon which are better.

These batteries work well- Nice to have one in use and another charging. I like my leaf blower- light weight and easy to snap one of these batteries in place and get to work.

These batteries lived up to the same expectations of the B&D batteries. They are powerful and I am able to clear lots of weeds. Highly recommend.

So far one of the replacement batteries is working fine and recharging fine. The second one will not recharge. We'll see how long the one that charges lasts.
