Overall the product is as-pictured, with all 5 pairs, and arriving on schedule. I wanted to use Neko and Zasso as it would be easiest to remember which one meant which, but Neko covers up a little too much of my key for it to be usable. Zasso also covers a little bit of the usable portion of my key but not as much, and one of my keys needs to be pulled slightly out of the lock to work anyway and Zasso is the perfect little buffer for that. None of the others had that problem, and 8/10 being completely usable is still fine by me.The cardboard backing has both San-X and Sanrio urls, so it's probably not entirely on the square, but given the access limitations of living in the US I'm not gonna call the cops or nothin lol, not like I could have gotten something comparable through an official channel. The key caps themselves do have the Sumikko and San-X branding on the back, so it may just be a repackage.The key caps themselves feel sturdy and the designs look right to me. They are a little larger than typical US key caps, so if you have really limited key-space that may be a problem, but it will also make your keys easier to find and grip. They're slightly rigid silicone, and the colored bits are molded in rather than just painted on making them unlikely to wear off quickly.

Good: The product was as pictured and came on time in good condition. Also, they ARE extremely cute. I want them to be more usable than they are...Bad: The chain connector on this easily unhinges. I lost one key and nearly lost another on the first day I went out with them. I move my keys from purse to backpack to pocket multiple times through the day. I've remedied this by putting them directly onto a ring (the one they come with is a little to thick for them to slide onto) but am a little worried the rubber will eventually wear there.Furthermore as others have mentioned they are a little clunky. I don't really mind this but they also add a lot of weight. I have 7 keys I keep with me at all times so it's noticeable... plus they certainly won't fit in my pocket now. The only other issue is that if you key is cut without a shoulder (if there is no ungroved portion of the shaft just below the head) or if the key is quite small it may recess a bit. To me this is a non-issue compared to the difficulty in keeping them secured, but it is something to know about.

These are cute, but he aware that the chain the come on tend to un-latch (not break) on their own. You'll also need to adjust your keys from time to time to be able to use it because there is a lot of space in the covers, allowing the key to move around.

Very cute! They fit my keys all well,even some of the wonky shaped ones! They definitely make it easy to find the keys I'm looking for and my friends all loved the ones I gave them too!

While they are super cute, the place they connect with your key chain fall apart and they become useless. I bought them to use on my keys at work and they fell off my keychain within a week. Ive already gone through four of them and don't plan to use the rest because they are so flimsy.

This was so adorable on my keys. Just one thing you have to insert your key on the top slit on the product. I personally thought it was a little pricey. Some colors are more vibrant in real life
