Fantastic product, enables super-fast tea preparation. But please follow the ratios stated in the label to maintain the tea quality. Add the right amount water and right temperature. Do not boil. some in our family is using it daily and its perfect. The real use comes when we travel to certain remote places as most of them wont serve anything before 8 am. For those habituated to having a tea before that time, this is quite an useful product. Appreciate the innovation from the company.

Ok, to the point. This tea is good, tastes just like ghar ki chai,, but with a lot of added preservatives...... For me, the tea is too sweet but the flavour is amazing and they did a good job with the scent of cardamom,, on point..... I know the sweetness varies cz it depends on tastebud, some like it sweet, some don't. I just add a lil bit more water to kinda balance the sweetness, but the flavour kinda fades in that case.This can define a good chai though. Easy to carry, just add hot water and enjoy your chai anywhere

Dont expect the taste of the regular TEA. Its good in its own ways. Easy to make and Taste's almost good, with medium sweetness and flavour..

Wasn't expecting the premix to turn out this good. I don't usually rate products 5 stars until there's something really good about it and this one surely deserves the rating. Will order next time as well and won't hesitate to try out different products of this brand. Thank you

Don't buy this tea. It just tastes horrible and full of preservatives. Waste of money. I threw away the whole box.
