Well packed
The bonsai was packed well and leaves are also in good condition.... Clay bowl and plate also well packed and looking good

It is not a good plant. Useless, poor quality, hopeless service.

Nice product.....The tree had very less leaves on it. It was not as per promised on Amazon. You can see the picture it was as delivered.I hope it grows well. The package was well packed.You can consider it for buying.

My father loved it
Got my tree today was really beautiful and healthy no damage package was really good n safe.... But i didn't recive the tray and instructions manual as promised in d description... So can u forward d caring and precautions of a bonsai. Thank you... Totally loved d product

U can count leaves
Waste product don’t buy not worthful got plant whr u can count leaves and base plate missing.

Not as advertised
The plant is much smaller and not at all like the picture. The bottom plate also came broken. I sent this as a gift and am disappointed with what arrived.
