I bought this for my 13 year old son for their pre-season rugby bootcamp sessions. Really happy with it as it has been thrown, dropped, passed and slammed for the last 5 weeks or so, and not an issue with it.Multiple handles make it a really versatile bag suitable for a wide range of exercises.I bought the 10kg bag, but once I realised how intense the sessions were going to be, that was going to be too heavy for my son. One of the key benefits of this bag is that the weight of the bag is made up by smaller bags inside the main body. Therefore, I took 2 small bags out (c. 5kg), which are sealed bags, so no mess, and packed the space with some bubble wrap to maintain the balance. He was then able to do the session with a 5kg bag, but as he grows and gets stronger, we have the other bags to add back in so this should last for some time.

This is a sandbag, there's not a lot to say about it. It's worth checking to make sure ask the inner bags are sealed but other than that it's fine

Good quality, material, well-made and sturdy. Thoroughly recommend it for the variety of workouts you can do with or without the hand grips.The only flaw confined are the three or four internal bags holding the sand, not sealed tight enough, however, that does not affect the overall functions.
