DF-02P Keyless Entry Deadbolt Door Lock with Electronic Digital Keypad Entry, Polished Brass , Yellow

The lock was easy to install, but the keyless entry (keypad) mechanism did not work. I have another keyless door knob from MiLocks that works well so sent an email to the company explaining the problem. Did not get a response, but 3 days later received a replacement for the inside lock (the part that holds the batteries). Installed it and the it works great. Overall, very easy to install, easy to operate, feels heavy duty, works as advertised, and excellent customer service although the communication could be better. As mentioned, this is my second MiLocks keyless entry and we're happy with the price and quality of the product. This deadbolt door lock was used to replace a top rated keyless Schlage deadbolt that we could never get to work despite costing much more.

First, this is my 3rd lock for them and I purchased the antique brass and found Milocks by accident as the other companies did not make the antique brass lock I was looking for. Very simple to install and works well in every case I installed this lock. I am blown away by the level of support and their standing behind their warranty. I bought a returned one from Amazon and Amazon did a poor job of checking the product before putting it back out for sale. I had an issue and MiLock stood behind their product and sent me what I needed with no questions and without grilling me with a thousand questions. They shipped what I needed so fast it arrived before I even expected it. Rarely do you find a company on Amazon that takes care of there customers but MiLock is one of those rare companies

I would have given it no stars, but that was not an option. I had a severe fall and relied on friends to help me so I needed something dependable. This only worked a couple of months. A friend of mine came over and when I didn’t answer the door, she tried to unlock it, but it had quit working. The code would not unlock the door and therefore I was locked inside the house. If you are in a situation where you need someone to help you, do NOT order this product for your own safety.

This is a very heavy duty lock with a great finish. I had some difficulty programming it, but the customer service agent for the company was extremely helpful when I called, and we got it working in a minute or less. I bought a second one for our other 4plex, and we shall see how long they last. The keypad locks from Home depot lasted 1 year for the cheapest, 2 years for the more expensive keypad lock from kwikset. If this one lasts 1 uear, it was still a better deal than home depot, costing less than their cheapest model. It was easy to install, a little tricky to program the first time, great operation, smooth and fairly quiet for this kind of lock. I gave it 4 stars for now, til I see how it wears with regular use.

Looks real good And the quality is there. Easy to setup and adjust entry code. This product is about a third the cost of other from like Home Depot and Lowe’s. Quality is excellent and easy to setup and change entry code. The family loves the product and I purchased an additional unit for my home Office. Great value vs. high prices and over priced competitors. Battery life is great. Buy this product with confidence as they hold up and always work.

Lock is fantastically priced and works great,no more lost keys with the 13 year old. The negative reviews I have read seem to be install issues,if the lock is very tight it would be an alignment problem,understand that electronics can be defective but the customer service responds right away.As this is a mechanical unit that operates on its own and not manually with a key being turned it is imperative that it is lined up to perfection to allow the unit to operate as it is intended and mine does,it's not Rocket Science to install but it does take some degree of mechanical ability to install properly. One simple solution to install correctly is to read the simple instructions and if they don't make simple sense to you,you may be in over your head, get a friend with some mechanical ability to give you 15 minutes of his time to do it,as my door was already drilled correctly literally took me 7-8 minutes to install,has already withstood the test of time as the girl and her friends love playing with it,switching codes,locking each other out,cheap way for her mom to entertain them. Highly recommend this unit.

I am very disappointed and unhappy with this product. I purchased it because I wanted a coded lock for my front door and it took me a while to get someone to come to install it, which by that point the Amazon return window was closed. Once it was installed, I had trouble programming it, and then when I did get it programmed, the lock would only engage manually, but not with the code, if the door was closed, which defeats the purpose of the lock, When the code finally worked, the unlock button locked it and the lock button unlocked it. So basically this is no different than a regular deadbolt as the code system doesn’t work at all. I have contacted them by phone and email and gotten NO response. Please do not buy this item! 1 star as a regular deadbolt I am updating this because after Amazon got in contact with them they reached out to me and sent me a new lock that works just fine. It took a long time but the issue is finally resolved and I have a lock that works.

It was a bit difficult to install, but knew it would be so was prepared. It replaced another key entry lock that was over 9 years old (started to go bad and got tired of fooling with it). All I have to say is this lock's fantastic. Like the light, especially at night (last lock just had glow in the dark keys but would never get enough sun light to work). Very consistent open and close function as well (last one I had never really had that). Pretty happy with my purchase overall. Bought the brass one since it matches what I already had (thus the door) better. Few dollars more but no regrets. Only question I have is how long is the battery life? Haven't had this lock long enough to experience that. It has worked quite well in colder that Freezing weather though (so happy with that too). :)

Not difficult to install, but you must pay close attention to the instructions. Looks very nice and feels well built. I wanted something cheaper than the 2 Schlage Sense Deadbolts that I installed on my front and back doors. The Milock is for a side entry door into my garage and is not requiring the hi-tech capabilities of the Schlage Sense deadbolts. I am a little uneasy as so what will happen in wintertime. The interior half is in my garage, which will become very cold, so I wonder if the batteries will have issues, or the mechanism.
