I soo appreciate the ‘non gel’ capsule because If I don’t want a full amount, then with my nail, I can easily brake in two! This is helpful for sometimes I don’t even need the full dose! Most sleep aides you can’t alter which makes shopping for one of this type, difficult for me. I definitely have this as my bedtime go-to!

These somehow don't work as well as the name brand.

I ordered this bottle in 2021 and I'm still going through the same bottle. Some nights it's the only source of deep sleep I can get. I only need a quarter of the recommended dose (half a pill) and it knocks me out. If I take one full pill (half dose) I'm dead to the world. It can leave me a little groggy and foggy the next day but the rest and quality of sleep is so worth it.
