Comfortabikity and Relief.
The base is a bit too big, but its cushiony and comfortable and you can adjust it to your needs. Would recommend.

No way to adjust them to fit your toe.
They are useless. Very uncomfortable, rigid and not soft. No directions included. Would never recommend them. If I could give a negative star, I would. Waste of money.

They help.
I have a very painful hammer toe. It makes life miserable. These help so much. The pain lessens as soon as I put one on it. There are problems though. One is that it's too long for my foot and makes walking a bit hazardous. I may try to cut it to size, but I don't know if it'll work. I'll update the post later. Another problem is that the thin piece of material attached to the bottom is already coming off. I'll have to peel it off or I may trip. All-in-all, it's not very good quality, making it over-priced. I doubt it will last being washed, but it suits the purpose of reducing the pain which is the most important thing. If it was better quality, I'd give it five stars.

Soft cushion provided.
I love love love this product. The first day I put them on they were great. But I think I had them too tight. So the next day, I loosened them up from the back, and let my feet rest for a couple of days. Then when I tried them again, I loosened them quite a bit from the back and they provided a soft cushion for my toes that were regularly in so much pain. I will buy again and again.

Purpose
These promptly arrived as described but do not seem to have a purpose for my feet problems. I can see though that they might help some people.

If you have the misery of a hammertoe then you know how it inflames sometimes and it hurts to walk or run. There are several different products out there and I've tried them all. The wraps don't work, the crescent shaped wedge hurts, etc. This pad comfortably cushions the hammertoe so it rises above the big toe to provide instant relief. Fairly durable, machine washable and inexpensive. Yay!

Not a good design
Slipped off of my toes or else they were too tight and my circulation was cut off and it hurt so bad. It did nothing to keep my toes flat unfortunately.
