Tile Redi P3260C-PVC Shower Pan with Center Drain- Single Curb Shower Base, 2" PVC Drain, and Plate Included, 60" Width x 32" Depth

Was a little hard to install had to put in 2 times first time followed instructions but wasn't enough mortar for a solid base. 2nd time used more mortar under pan. Turned out perfect no sagging.

The base is flexible. No matter how much mud job is around it it's still "breathing" under the tile and tile come off one by one over time. The worst choice we made because the whole brand new shower stall is a waste now, only after 6 months of use. You don't save with it, you'll create yourself a trouble which will cost you thousands to fix..

This shower pan arrived with everything needed to complete the installation (except for the tile that I installed on it). The mud placing the pan on the sub floor and the tile adhesive, as well as the drain pipe and a perfectly acceptable drain cover. I wish I would have gotten the aluminum channel to slip the drywall into, but I just used caulk and it works fine. Have been using the shower daily for about 9 months now and it has been rock solid. I did some research before hand, and a high priority for me was ease of installation - I'm very handy but I'm not a professional. I didn't want to build a shower pan from scratch and then have to hammer it out because the slope wasn't right or, worse, it leaked. Very happy over all, and the price was reasonable since I expect this to last 10 years or more.

I'm a 60 year old female that dabbles with home projects, and I put this in myself. Easy to install with the easy to follow instructions. Went to their website for backup. In all, I would definitely use this again. Might be pricey, but it saved me a lot of time and work. Did not know if I could slope cement correctly, so I bought this with the slope built in. Love it. My best buy of the year!

Don’t waste your money!!!! Received shower pan with a crack and one of the corners was broken off... I have tried repeatedly to contact tile redi to return it for a refund and haven’t been able to speak with anyone. Delivery was also horrible, they show up at the day and time that was scheduled but they take off without leaving the pan so I called the number and they admitted to seeing me standing on my front porch then promised to deliver it the next morning. The following morning they finally delivered it and had me sign a paper for the delivery and he takes off... I didn’t even get the chance to open it to make sure it was ok.... so now I have a useless shower pan and unable to get a replacement or a refund.

My only complaint is that the product was delivered three days later then the latest expected delivery date. Might have been weather related delay. The product itself is 5 star, easy to install. Make sure you follow the instructions exactly- it must have a firm base to sit on, and must be level to work. Can be done by an experienced do it yourselfer but not one who ignores instructions.

I've used a tile ready shower pan purchased from Home Depot. Lately Amazon has been getting more of my purchases because they often deliver for free and faster than Home Depot even when the price of the item is the same. And I think this item was less on Amazon. The quality is great... I like these shower pans and I like the price and delivery by Amazon.

Installed by a professional. What was impressive to me was the customer service at Tile Redi. After Amazon screwed up delivery I called Tile Redi direct.... they immediately rectified the situation and prioritized shipment of a new unit. GREAT customer service!
