Cooked nicely in the instant pot.

This rice was suggested to me by my nutritionist to be more digestible because it is sprouted. It has a great flavor. I do not. follow the directions on the package as I found it was not cooked enough. I use 1 cup water to 1/2 cup rice and soak it for about 30-60 minutes before cooking 30 minutes. Comes out softer which I prefer.

It comes very ry clean of impurities and its grains are whole. Rice takes 15 minutes in pressure cooker and tastes very delicious. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is my favorite Lundberg rice. It's nutty, aromatic, and chewy. Great on its own or in a rice salad.

Very flavorful. Cooks in 30 minutes. Has a lovely 'tooth' to the chew, tender but not mushy. This is perfect for casseroles, stir fry, as a breakfast cereal, and a side dish for your favorite protein or veg. I don't bother with other brands anymore. This is clean and ready to cook.
