Tried to re-learn the existing sensors on the used car we got 7 months ago and they just wouldn't sync. A catastrophic even happened and I needed to replace some tires so just got a set of 4 new tires and a set of 4 new sensors that the tire shop could install. Asked the shop to not sync the new sensors so I could use this tool. Tried in the lot before leaving that tire shop and couldn't get the second one to sync so just quit and drove home. Tried again at home and all 4 tires did successfully sync. The tool is very simple with nothing to set, no dials or anything, no way to select which car model or anything. It worked on a Chevy Trax, but one tire, I pressed the button and it hadn't synced yet when the tool timed out. Pressed the button again and it synced that time. I noticed that holding the end of the tool right at the end of the valve stem might have helped it somehow.

Worked perfectly. Started car, held lock and unlock buttons simultaneously on key fob, dash said tire learn active. Started at front driver side pressed button on this item for a moment and car beeped once. Continued clockwise and after all tires were done car beeped twice. Dash now had all four tire pressures. I had ordered wheels and tires from a major online site and had them shipped with the TPMS sensors and everything fully installed. That very good website wanted I think $200 plus for a TPMS tool. This was much better value.

I am a happy believer now, looked to easy on the Youtube. Worked like a charm on my C6 Vette. Chevy dealer gave me an estimate of $450. to replace 1- monitor and an additional $50. to install, and some dealers wonder why customers don't trust them. This great product cost me less than $10., service tire monitor dash boards lights are gone. Highly Recommend.

When I received the tool it worked fine on day one. The next day there was a 'rattling' coming from the tool, and the lights did NOT work. Long story short, the soldiered battery contact broke away from the circuit board. The tool had not been dropped or jarred in any way while in MY possession. It was just sitting on a shelf. It was easily re-soldiered, after taking it apart. Just something you may want to check into.

Did not work at all for my 2017 GMC 2500. I tried for 2 days to get it to work thinking I was doing something wrong but nothing. I can get to relearn mode on the truck but then this thing won’t pickup. All I can say is maybe you get what you pay for, I’ve just got to find one that works no matter the cost.

pressed menu button in car for tire pressure and clr button to tell car to relearn (heard beeps) placed tool on front driver tire near value and pressed button on tools (heard a beep) , next the front passenger tire, rear passeenger tire and than the rear driver tire. heard beeps and was done. when getting tire rotated the shops always forget the relearn the tpms. Now if they forget it will take me a minute to do it. Also I had tire shop replace one of the tpms sensors with one that I purchased. I reprogrammed it using this tool and it worked well

This reset my factory tpms sensors but wouldn’t work on an aftermarket one. At the price I can’t really complain. I eventually took my truck, 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, and had all sensors replaced since they were 7 years old and the installer reset those.

Sensors can be programmed per the vehicle owners manual by deflating and inflating the tires one by one but this is SO much faster and easier. Worked great. You put the vehicle in learn mode, just like with the manual procedure (hold down both lock and unlock buttons) and then you go to each tire and press the button on this. When the vehicle recognizes that tire the horn chirps and you move to the next. In retrospect I probably should have bought one that will do all brands of vehicles but at the moment we only have GM so this is fine. I used it on both a 2009 and a 2010 GM car.

Excellent unit and worked perfectly for our EV. Entered the tire sensor learning mode from the infotainment system and proceeded in a clockwise order as instructed in the infotainment system, holding the knobby part on the valve stem and when I heard it, honked, moved on to the next one. Less than a minute later I was all done. Planning to use this when I do my seasonal winter/all season tire changes.
