For a decade, I've tried to get more volume in my fine hair, though I had lot of it. Toward that end, I tried Bumble and Bumble Texture Hair Un Dressing creme that looked good at first, but then dulled and dried my hair and was difficult to shampoo out. (I do color and highlight my hair, which has dried it a bit.) And I tried a zillion hair gels for body that, ultimately, just further dried out my hair, and were difficult to shampoo out. Now I have still have fine hair, but just an average amount of it, and I was not liking what it looked like: little bounce, no fullness, no separation, beyond blah. I entertained buying B&B Styling Creme for years, but I thought it wouldn't give me enough oomph. Well, the styling cream is definitely more subtle that other products that I’ve tried. But it’s far more amazing. It gives body and separation, and makes the hair look thick and fabulous until a few days later, when I wash it again. It hasn’t dried my hair, and it doesn’t feel as if you’ve got a bird’s nest buried in your hair. The hair feels great and, well, normal. And the styling cream is easy to shampoo out. It’s proved to be the best product for body/separation/overall fabulousness that I’ve ever used, and I hope it’s never discontinued. Less is more with this product. I’ve got a chin-length layered bob, and I used about a nickel-sized dollop and it does the trick.

This is an awesome hair care product - #1 on my list. I use a very small amount- quarter size- on towel dried medium length dyed hair. I work it in, then with slightly wet hands, then a brush. Then I use a tiny bit more just on my ends. Don't overdo it. My hair has very slight damage from using toner only. (Please use Nexxus Humectress if you have a true hair disaster to overcome.) Bumble and Bumble Styling Creme makes my hair feel luxurious. It makes my hair feel thicker and manageable, but still feel very clean and shiny. This bottle will last me for months. It was a great price, around $27.00-- generally it is $4.00-$5.00 more in local drugstores (when I can find it.) I first tried this as a small sample size and wow- I am glad I did. I also like this better than the spray type. This product absorbs into my hair really, really well - in the heat of summer it does not run down my face when I style my bangs - a perfect selling point.

I have been searching high and low for a product to hold my hair without looking crunchy or tangling my hair. I apply to almost dry hair, brush it through, quick minute of hair dryer then put my hair in a bun to sleep in and wake up to soft brushable curls that hold all day with no crispness or tangles in my fine hair. Love it. Smells nice too and scent does not linger. This bottle will last me forever. Wish there was a small travel size.

I am also a long time styling creme user that is extremely disappointed in the new formula and am now on the hunt for a new product. I think it's rotten that they sell the product in the same exact bottle without any notation that it's a new formula. I'll probably be replacing all my bumble products because I'm so disgusted. The best part about the old product was that it provided excellent styling control and was not crunchy when dried. This new formula has no styling hold whatsoever. I also wrote to Bumble about their formula change and got the exact same response as the other reviewer. Must be a canned response. Update - 12-2011: I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement, but didn't have luck finding anything equivalent. It seems the formula change was a result of restrictions being placed on some of the chemicals that were in the original product. I suppose it's best that they changed it - we have enough bad chemicals in every day life. I still think they should have put some kind of new labeling in place to note the change. I have continued to use this product, but now I mix it with the new B&B Texture product. I found Texture on it's own to be too sticky, but mixing a drop with the Style Creme makes it more like the old formulation.

This is the only product that brings out my waves/soft curls and holds them. Love this product. It leaves them a little curnchy sometimes and is a little hard to comb through my hair at the end of the day, but nothing else seems to hold them as well. I keep getting caught up by advertising to try a different product and I can't find anything else that works as well.

I have used this hair product after showering for the past 15 years! I LOVE this product! I have very fine, thin, straight hair that sticks straight down if I do nothing to it. I rub this product into my damp hair and either air dry or blow dry. This creme does not weigh down my hair at all, which is a problem with most products and fine hair. Instead it adds volume and texture, even when I just let it air dry. The best part is that my hair doesn’t feel like I have anything in it when I use this product. It isn’t heavy or sticky and my hair still feels fresh and clean when using! I was so sad when they stopped selling this product at target and my hair salon. I am so happy I found it on amazon! I have ordered it many times through amazon and never had an issue. The product is the same as it always has been and the packaging is great!

Bumble & Bumble is known for their high quality products, and I like that this is one of their more affordable options. I use a little bit while my hair is still damp, and then apply a little more after drying to comb and style. You don't have to use much, so the bottle lasts for over a year (for me, at least).

Adds body to hair without making it look greasy, dirty, etc. Nice consistency, making it easy to work into hair. I've been using it for years.

I’m pleased with this product. It does everything as advertised. I have medium longest hair, and it works well to hold it in place with a little blow drying. I have used other bumble and bumble products, and they also work well. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price, but a little product goes a long way. Use it sparingly.

This. Is. AMAZING. I put it through my wet hair. If you leave your hair to air-dry it holds like a gel (and looks like one, too) but it brushes through without any tugging and disappears to reveal your hair colour and provides enough hold to keep flyaways under control, without looking like you've got any product in. I've tried it blow-dried too, but I didn't use enough product... so, I can't really comment on how well that works. At first I was a little too cautious with how much I used, so didn't see the benefit. Feel free to be generous with the amount you use, like, "uh-oh, this is definitely too much, it's going to show up in my hair" kind of amount... because it won't. It smells really nice, leaving your hair with a faint "clean hair smell" that lasts all day, but is totally not intrusive. I've also noticed that, on a lazy day when I don't wash my hair, it seems to leave my hair less greasy (or just hides it well) on day 2 than using no product. I've tried using it in dry hair, and maybe I'm doing it wrong or something, but using it through wet hair is definitively easier and better. Delivery was on-time and safely packaged. Will definitely buy again.

I've only used it once, just got it yesterday. I have very fine, fly-away hair. Most products either do nothing or make it sticky and stiff. This product adds body and controls the wisps and fly-aways very well, but leaves hair still soft and natural. Best product I've used ever (I'm nearly 80 and have tried a lot of products).

Love this product, it helps keep my hair in place and hairstyle looks professional.
