Biotics Research - Gammanol Forte w/ FRAC 180 Tabs

I heard about this product at a women's retreat during a session around the topic of menopause and options for coping with a myriad of symptoms. A pharmacist was in attendance and a woman who has been taking this product for about a year. She raved about the changes to her mind and body so I decided to give it go. Within the first few days, I noticed an increase in my desire to move about and be more active. I had hit a slump in my commitment to exercise and it had been going on for months with no end in sight. Now, I feel like my old self. I get up in the morning and head to the trail and 'get it in' for a little more than an hour every day. I feel fantastic. My body is toning and I'm losing weight. I'm back on the path of eating clean where before I was all of the place--just no discipline. Gammanol made it possible for me to get back to my norm of working out and eating more healthy. I will continue to take this product.

I can't take anything estrogen based and my friends mom is very into health so I asked her what can I take just to take off the intense part of the hot flash and I take it and it helps. I'm very happy.

Whenever I miss taking the Gammanol Forte for a couple of days my joints start hurting and my heartburn flares up again, I really feel better when I take it at least once daily, usually at bedtime. I recommend it to everyone and the doubters I usually buy it for them, that is how much of a believer I am.

I have been taking this for almost a month, and I have not seen yet any results. Maybe I have to continue taking it...

I can't really tell if it is working but I sleep better and the tension in my shoulders and neck are better so I guess it is working I will reoder
