This case looked really cool and sturdy
This case looked really cool and sturdy. The top cover is very loose making it difficult to handle. I dropped it once which I haven't done for the last year I've had it. The case broke and my phone cracked. Very disappointed. I have never had this issue with other cases. It happened within hours of having it.

Issues accessing fingerprint reader
I really love this style of case, and this is my 3rd one - though from different vendors. The only problem with this one is that the opening for the fingerprint/biometric reader on the back is so "deep" that the sensor can't read my fingerprint easily or at all. It takes several attempts before I can unlock my phone. With banking-related apps, I end up having to take the phone out of the case (or revert to typing in my pw). It's starting to be a hassle.

The phone calls out the case
The case is cheap material! The phone fell out the case 3 days later and the back of the phone just broke .ugh but I can still use it. I don't recommend what's so ever!
