The natural beige color promised a serene and earthy bedroom atmosphere, while the washed linen look added a touch of rustic charm without the upkeep of actual linen.Upon making my bed, the double size fit my duvet perfectly, like it was made just for me. The dimensions were spot-on, and the pillowcases cradled my pillows snugly, creating a cohesive and inviting look. The soft brushed touch of the 100% brushed polyester fabric was immediately noticeable; it had the luxury feel of a high-thread-count set but with the breathability to match.The real test, however, came after the first night's sleep. The duvet cover's material was soothing against my skin, and its breathability was unparalleled. I didn't experience any of the night sweats that are typical with less breathable fabrics. Plus, the durability of the fabric meant that even after a spin in the washing machine at 40°C, it came out looking as fresh as when it first graced my bed.The inclusion of two matching housewife pillowcases was the icing on the cake, completing the set for a truly relaxing night's sleep. This Brentfords set has been a transformative addition to my sleep routine, offering comfort, style, and ease of care—a triple threat in the world of bedding.

Wow, what a bargain for the price. So soft on the skin. Would definitely recommend - especially for people with allergies.Only shame is that they don't do a wider range of vibrant colors.

Love this duvet set....so super soft and the colour is lovely and warm; it makes me very happy.Initially, when I bought them, I was disappointed in the colour as it wasn't what I expected, like in the photos...it was quite mustard-y. I later discovered that the depth of colour changed a bit depending on what kind if lighting was in the room...daylight/white light makes them appear lighter and yellow light or a darker room makes them appear mustard-y.I did a first wash at about 30°C with Bold wash liquid (no softener or anything) and then hung the duvet to dry over a clothes airer, one end over the radiator it was next to; that helped it dry quick without any major creasing, though the type of fabric does mean it keeps a few wrinkles.It's lasted a while and I've had no falling apart or colour fading...the only pulls I've had are from my cats claws. Overall, I'm super happy with this duvet set...well worth the price.

Wouldn't say this particularly looks like linen but for the price is good value. Lovely soft and warm fabric and washes really well. Bought as an update to my newly-decorated bedroom which has touches if blush pink and it looks really cosy and inviting but definitely doesn't have a look of genuine linen. Bonus is it doesn't need ironing!

Yes it's quite thin and it sheds some fluff in the wash over 40C but it's incredibly soft and looks so much more expensive. It's also perfect on it's own on a hot day!

I have always bought 100% Egyptian cotton sheets are normally quite a high thread count, 400TC, I BOUGHT THESE SHEETS AS I WANTED THAT WASHED LINEN LOOK. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM NOW COMPLETELY CONVERTED. THEY ARE SO SOFT AND LOOK ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. MY CONCERN WAS THAT BEING A WOMAN OF A CERTAIN AGE, THEN I WOULD FIND TOO HOT BUT IT REALLY DOESN’T. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I HAVE BOUGHT SIX SETS I AM HOPING THE SELLER, WILL START SELLING FITTED SHEETS TO MATCH. I HAVE been using my sheets FOR OVER THREE MONTHS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY BUBBLING, RIPPING or any PROBLEMS. WASH, TUMBLE DRY BRILLIANTLY. I AM SUPER SUPER PLEASED.
