Ehob Waffle Expansion Control Mattress Pad W/Pump

This mattress pad was fine for two months, then it began splitting at the seams in multiple places. Because the user weighs only seventy seven pounds, doesn't move around much at all and used it for only a few months, we feel the product should have lasted much longer. When we attempted to return or exchange it, we received a delayed and impersonal response. We will be much more selective about this sort of purchase in the future. We will stay away from this brand Ehob, and the seller Medical Department Stores. We will likely be purchasing a ROHO at this time.We would suggest shopping around and avoiding this brand and seller, the combination of poor quality and poor customer service are extremely frustrating.

It was what I expected and arrived well before it was supposed to. If I need to get another one I wll order again.

Works well, but doesn't last. We've had two - they lasted an average of 3 months before the seams around the air pockets began to loosen, causing the pad to deflate.

The waffle expansion mattress pad is light weight, easily inflatable and very comfortable. I am hoping it will be long lasting.

All hospitals should stock these for bed-bound patients.

This waffle mattress I purchased from EHOB. I have been using their product for over 10 years. In the last couple years, after 2 months of use, they are splitting. I am not overweight, don't have kids (that could jump on them) and use this mattress as I should. I am not very happy with their customer service. The first woman that spoke with me tried to tell me I was the only person returning them. You have a 6 month guarantee on the product so you have that for a reason. Then their head of customer service wrote me 2 letters with pictures of the "tear" and asked me how it got there. Why don't they ask the people who make the product?
