This product greatly exceeded my expectations. Not only was it less expensive per ounce than brands I have been researching, but the quality was amazing and provides a satisfying crunch! It’s wonderful to have such a healthy snack that satisfies my hunger!

I make my own granola and I love the flavor of toasted coconut in the granola. I have tried a number of brands and Anna and Sarah have the best coconut chips in several ways. Please let me explain. The chips are large and fresh. When I have used smaller flakes or shredded coconut, the coconut almost just disappears into the granola. But the large flakes get a nice toasted look and flavor. Yes the flavor! These flakes have excellent flavor which is probably the best thing about them. They also look fresh and each bag I have purchased has had good quality control. So what more can I say? If you like coconut, like I do - I would try this brand. I have never been disappointed yet.

Great tasting unlike sweetened coconut. I love how there are flakes and chips. I found a recipe for keto no bake "oatmeal" chocolate and peanut butter cookies. The oatmeal is replaced with the coconut. They taste just like my moms no bake oatmeal cookies. Only mine are keto! I also found the most delicious "oatmeal" chocolate chip cookies. They are so good. Again you replace the oatmeal with the coconut! They are also keto, but you need to bake these. At 1st I found the Organic unsweetened flakes as bland when I went to snack on some plain. Only I chewed really slow and then could taste the nutty flavorful nutty taste of pure coconut. Oh my heavens these flakes are good in cooking and as a snack. With a little punch of protein. This is my 2nd 3lb order. The good thing they come in 1.5lb resealable bags. I am still on my 1st bag. However, I do go through it quite fast. My 1st bag is low from my 1st order. I really didn't need to do another order yet. Only sometimes the Seller runs out. So I can't risk not being able to get this delicious food staple. It near ran out several times the last week of May. Then it did run out. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get more. With something this good and nutritious, I don't want to run out!

I have purchased coconut flakes from the market for years, as of late they have been out of stock. Luckily, I found this brand on Amazon and with the good reviews I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. The quality is very good, and they are moist and tasty. I divided the 3 lb. bag into three separate bags and stored the extra in the freezer. I would highly recommend.

Product arrived on time and was packed well. I absolutely love how big the flakes are, and they taste amazing! Much better than anything I've bought at a big box store. My only complaint is that when i opened the bag the very first time, the zipper ripped off the packaging rendering it pretty much useless. I have to tape it closed every time i use it. I didn't rip it open or use too much force, it just came right off.

Good fresh and tasty coconut. I use it in granola and atop pudding cups, etc.

These coconut chips taste fantastic. They are just the right texture of dry and chewy. I sit down with the bag after work and snack on it like others do with potato chips. I'm not much overweight but I am trying to have more balanced energy throughout the day. The keto diet seems to reduce carb cravings and was good in a lot of ways but I was eating a lot of cheese and that stopped up my system if you know what I mean. I got it back going with wheat fiber and fruit but that gives me too many carbs and the wheat fiber makes me feel bloated. This is full of fiber without gluten and low carb. It's a good source of potassium. In fact, my blood pressure dropped from averaging 147/92 to 128/80 in just 5 days from starting to eat the coconut flakes. I do eat a lot of it. I basically eat it any time I'm hungry and don't want to prepare a meal. I ate about a pound in 5 days. I got on here to buy more.
