Guardians Of The Galaxy - Dancing Groot Premium Motion Statue

This is a very nice ornament. Mine was broke when it arrived but I just emailed the seller and he refunded me and sent me a new one. Excellent customer service

First of all I just ordered this on Thursday night and got it this morning. Great on delivery time. Secondly it is freaking huge and that is not a complaint at all. I honestly thought I was getting a small statue cause I admit I must have missed the description on the size. I love this statue very much. I have not taken it out of the box yet but I know by reading the reviews I need to be very careful cause the thin layers growing from Groot's body are very delicate and can break easily. This is wonderful and right now even though it is a tad high the price is right. It was much much higher so I am glad I waited for the price to come down. The detail on this statue is amazing. Looks just like baby Groot from the movie.

The great thing about this particular collectible is not motion, it is the detail. The face is so well done, with a sweet innocent and yet delightfully mischievous expression is well captured from the movie. It has a spring within the pot which causes the entire figure to bounce when touched.No, it does not move its arms or body like many of the battery operated versions of this collectible. To make it more animated, would have required a more pliable material and, as a result, would have lost much of the detail.

It's just a statue. It does not dance.. It's cool for collectors, but I was buying it for my girl, from her son for Christmas thinking it'll dance.. VERY misleading.. Very disappointed.
