Will this s work with honda accord 2015 EXL cvt? And does it have a filter that needs to change?

Yes. No filters. My car is Accord EXL-2013. Check U-Tube for various how-to video's. You will need a ramp to raise the front of the car. 30,000 miles is good interval.

Is this for 2015 honda civic lx 4 door, amazon results for this car was different (red fluid) which is the correct one?

I know this is old but for anyone wondering yes this works for civic 2015 lx mine is a cvt that's what this is for. I don't believe the lx trim is available with anything besides cvt
