Seems good so far
Being totally honest, I was not sure about this product. It’s not a well known brand with no way to contact them. Would like if they provided a phone number or email. In any case, I’ve used the product only one time so this review may get edited should it start to fall apart. The product arrived in a giant box and they did put plastic around it. There were a few minor scuff marks but you don’t really notice them so not a big deal.With that said, it feels very solid for the 66 lbs model. I tested jumping on all 3 sides. Yes, I made the 30 inch jump but was not easy. On all 3 sides there was no wobble and was soft to land so I did not feel like my feet or knees would get injured. In 5 or 6 months I’ll see if this is the case. As for day 1 seems amazing.

Junk and Poor Customer Service!
When this box arrived it was immediately noticeable that the fabric was flimsy and will not stand up. Seeing their onerous return criteria, (you MUST keep original packaging for 30 days; MUST be returned in all original packaging; etc). it's clear this seller is more concerned about the customer returning a product vs. being happy with it. It has been a nightmare in the return process. Charged FIFTY PERCENT restocking fee even though I followed everything required for return (see pics). Go for a competitor!! I've since received a box from BOUND and it is AWESOME. Funny, their insert just asked how they can help if you aren't satisfied. Shop with Bound or others.
