TEN-HIGH Reflective Lens CO2 Laser Lens Laser Mirror K9 Gold-Plated Glass Mirrors, for CO2 Laser Engraving Cutting Machine, Dia 20mm 3PCS

Upgraded my OmTech AF2028 80-watt laser to use these new mirrors to improve performance and well worth the price. Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Easy to install, just make sure after replacing one or more mirrors that you redo the mirror alignment so you get the best performance you can from your laser.

Works great and packaged great

Seem like good mirrors for the price, they are obviously harder than gold coated mirrors and can hold up to cleaning better.Unfortunately, they fall far short of the listed surface figure specifications. Instead of a 1/20th wave, they are about 1/5th wave at 633nm measured on a PTI250 interferometer. I did not expect them to come in within that spec for the price, but if you rely on good surface figure keep that in mind.Surface roughness on a white light interferometer was 77angstroms. Perfectly fine for 10um in my opinion.

Bought a k40 at auction, didn't really know what to expect. One of the mirrors shattered (!) because it wasn't in great shape when I got it (must have taken too much heat). Couldn't cut through Luan before, 10mm/s 5 passes, just charred and never separated. These mirrors, same speed, one pass, all the way through.I don't know how it compares to stock mirrors in good shape, but they definitely get the job done now!

Just by looking at both the stock and these, you can tell it's an upgrade!!! Laser reflection is much better than with the stock mirrors which translates to less power required from the laser and better results. Also, they are really well priced for a replacement or as a backup! Do yourself the favor of upgrading if you still have the ones that came with the machine, your cutter will feel like it got a more powerful laser tube!!!

I order the gold-plated copper mirrors. They were packaged very well: in soft paper, inside of that aluminized plastic, inside of a box. The mirrors were clearly in this poor condition before shipping. It's like the gold coating is scratched off.I didn't return the mirrors because I really needed to get my laser up and running. The third mirror (not pictured) was also badly scratched, but not in the center at all. The mirror I installed seems to work really well, since luckily my laser isn't hitting the scratches! Even with 120W CO2 laser, it is performing well.

These mirrors are of great quality-much better than what came with the machine.
